Henan Delegation’s Visit to Luxembourg, Germany and Russia: Mutual Understanding and Attraction on the “Silk Road” 

 

河南代表团7月18日圆满结束对卢森堡、德国、俄罗斯的友好访问。

Henan delegation successfully concluded its friendly visit to Luxembourg, Germany and Russia on July 18.

 

第一站：卢森堡

First stop: Luxembourg

 

在卢森堡议事大厅，卢森堡议长巴尔托罗梅奥和他的议会同事对参访的河南代表团表示热烈欢迎。巴尔托罗梅奥动情地说：“在卢森堡，河南这一名字可谓家喻户晓。我相信，卢森堡也一定为河南人民所熟知。因为我们双方合作实现了互利共赢，非常成功。”

In the meeting hall, President Bartholomeo of Luxembourg and his parliamentary colleagues extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation from Henan Province. Bartholomeo said movingly, “In Luxembourg, Henan is well-known to every household. I believe that Luxembourg must also be known to the people of Henan, because our cooperation has been mutually beneficial and very successful.”

 

在首相官邸，首相贝泰尔亲切接见了河南代表团，并邀请到首相办公室参观，用这种高规格的礼遇表达对代表团的重视。他说，河南代表团的这次访问，对落实他与习近平主席会见时达成的建设郑州—卢森堡“空中丝绸之路”共识，必将起到积极推动作用。他十分赞赏河南代表团走进欧洲积极开展交流合作的务实之举。

At the Prime Minister's residence, Prime Minister Bettel warmly received the Henan delegation and invited them to visit the Prime Minister's office to show that he attached great importance to the delegation through such high-level courtesy. He said that the visit of the Henan delegation will play a positive role in implementing the agreement reached during the meeting with President Xi Jinping on the construction of the "Aerial Silk Road" between Zhengzhou and Luxembourg. He highly appreciated Henan delegation's practical move to actively conduct exchange and cooperation in Europe.

 

第二站：德国

Second stop: Germany

 

德国鲁道夫·沙尔平战略咨询交流股份公司董事长沙尔平，长期致力于中德友好合作，两年多来，他先后16次带领德国企业到许昌市考察，推动中德（许昌）中小企业合作园区项目落地。

Scharping, chairman of Rudolf Scharping Strategie Beratung Kommunikation Company, has long been committed to friendly cooperation between China and Germany. Over the past two or more years, he has led German enterprises to visit Xuchang for 16 times and promoted the implementation of the project of the China-German (Xuchang) Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Cooperation Park.

 

7月11日，在德国斯图加特举行的豫德政商高层对话会上，沙尔平亲自主持对话环节。他说，我几乎每个月去中国一趟。相互了解是合作的前提，他深信德国企业代表参加这样的高层对话，将有助于打消合作顾虑。

On July 11, Scharping presided over the China (Henan)-Germany High-level Political and Business Dialogue in Stuttgart, Germany. He said that he went to China almost once a month. Mutual understanding is a prerequisite for cooperation, and he is convinced that the participation of German business representatives in such high-level dialogues will help to dispel concerns in the cooperation.

 

7月13日，在汉堡港举行的2018中国（河南）—德国（汉堡）“丝绸之路”经贸洽谈会上，汉堡经济促进局的中文版推介画册精致实用，让河南代表团感到格外贴心。汉堡市财政部长出席经贸洽谈会并致辞，还在汉堡市政厅接待了河南代表团。他说：“汉堡市是通往世界的大门，这个大门不仅是给汉堡的，我们欢迎来自中国的合作伙伴，从这里走向世界。”

On July 13, at the 2018 China (Henan)-German (Hamburg) “Silk Road” Economic and Trade Fair held in Hamburg, the Chinese-version promotional brochures of Hamburg Bureau for Economic Promotion is exquisite and practical, which makes the Henan delegation feel especially considerate. The finance minister of Hamburg attended and addressed the Economic and Trade Fair. He said, “Hamburg is the gateway to the world. This gate is not only for Hamburg, but also for China. We welcome partners from China to go from here to the world.”

 

第三站：俄罗斯

Third stop: Russia

 

2018年至2019年是中俄地方合作交流年。在俄罗斯，河南代表团每到一处，都能感受到中俄源远流长的深情厚谊。7月17日，俄中友协主席亲临豫俄商务活动。他认为，习近平主席提出的“一带一路”倡议是世界性共识，是一门全球经济协作的哲学。在他看来，河南代表团积极参与中俄地方合作交流年活动，举行对话会，由此达成的互信基石将有助于落实各项合作计划。

The year from 2018 to 2019 is the China-Russia Local Cooperation and Exchange Year. In Russia, every member of the Henan delegation can feel the profound friendship between China and Russia. On July 17, chairman of the Russia-China Friendship Association attended the China (Henan)-Russia business activities. He believes that the “Belt and Road” Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping is a world consensus and a philosophy of global economic cooperation. In his view, Henan delegation has actively participated in the activities of the China-Russia Local Cooperation and Exchange Year and held dialogue meetings, which will contribute to the implementation of various cooperation plans.

 

俄罗斯联邦交通部副部长兼民航总局局长深表赞许，他说，交流合作仅仅是开始，中国和俄罗斯互为机遇，抓住机遇就会为双方国家和人民带来实实在在的好处。希望豫俄双方交流合作，像贯通中原的黄河之水，源远流长、奔流不息。

Deputy minister of the Ministry of Transportation and director of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of Russian Federation expressed his appreciation, and said that exchanges and cooperation are only the beginning, and China and Russia are opportunities for each other. Seizing the opportunity will bring tangible benefits to the countries and people of both sides, hoping that the exchanges and cooperation between the two sides will be like the Yellow River running through the Central Plains, surging ahead ceaselessly.

 

从卢森堡，到德国，再到俄罗斯，乘着“一带一路”的东风，河南代表团围绕政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通，加深了解、深化交流、增进友谊、推动合作，共建共赢共享的理念更趋一致、更加清晰，构建人类命运共同体的方向目标更加明确、更加坚定。（记者 朱殿勇 编译 赵汉青）
