2019 China-US Men's Basketball Match Held in Henan

The 2019 China-US International Men's Basketball Match was held on July 9 at the Nanyang Sports Center.

At 1.7 seconds before the final buzzer the Chinese Olympic team and the US team were even at 78 to78.

With Chinese player Heng Yifeng's three-point shot, the Chinese team defeated the visiting Americans by a score of 81 to 78.

Thousands of enthusiastic fans enjoyed the high-level game, making up a full house in the sports center, which can accommodate 5,800 spectators.

The victorious Chinese team included Wang Zhengbo, Xu Mengjun, Wang Junjie, Shi Deshuai and Lu Yiwen.

The 2019 China-US International Men's Basketball Match is an event of the highest standard and is an honor for the new sports center, said the organizers.

The game was hosted by the Chinese Basketball Association and sponsored by the Henan Sports Bureau and the Nanyang government. Its co-sponsors were the Nanyang Sports Bureau and Nanyang Newspaper Media Group. Henan Yangshao Liquor Industry Co Ltd, the Nanyang Insurance Association, Henan Weijia Automobile Group, Nanyang Sangen Soup Food Co, Ltd and other units also contributed to the match.
