Henan Highlights at the 70th China Achievements Exhibition

On September 23, the Great History and Brilliant Achievements - Grand Exhibition of Achievements in Commemoration of the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the exhibition) officially launched at the Beijing Exhibition Center. In the exhibition, the first batch of “Dongfanghong” tractors produced by Luoyang First Tractor Factory and the wax sculptures embodied the Red Flag Canal Spirit of Linzhou people’s self-reliance and hard working attracted visitors.

This exhibition, held at the Beijing Exhibition Center which is located at Xizhimenwai Avenue of Beijing city, consists of five themes in chronological order including the 150 “firsts” in New China. Besides, the multimedia technologies were fully used, covering sound, light and electricity. In an all-round and three-dimensional way, the exhibition presents the great development of China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China over the past 70 years, and clearly demonstrates the strength of the CPC and the socialist system of China. All these exhibition themes profoundly reveals the principles and laws of the 70 years’great changes since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949.

In the exhibition, the eyes of numerous visitors are attracted by the items on display featuring the characteristics of Henan’s history and culture attracted. In front of the “Dongfanghong” tractors from Luoyang, people reminisced about the old times.

Please be reminded that the opening hour of the exhibition is from 9:00 to 17:00 every day, and security check will be closed 1 hour before the closing time. The visit is recommended for 1.5 hours. Ticket Office is located at the southeast side of the Cultural Square of Beijing Exhibition Center. The ID card is required for tickets collecting (no online reservation is available for the exhibition).
