10月26日，郑州郑东新区如意湖畔，众多顶尖人才、顶级大咖相聚在这里。当天上午，第二届中国·河南招才引智创新发展大会、中国·河南开放创新暨跨国技术转移大会在会展中心轩辕堂举行。

On October 26, many top talents and leading figures gathered by Ruyi Lake in Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou city, Henan province. On that morning, the Second China (Henan) Talent Recruitment & Project Matchmaking Event for Innovation and Development and the Henan Opening-up Innovation and International Technology Transfer Conference were held in Xuanyuan Hall of Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.

开幕式上，全国人大常委会副委员长、欧美同学会会长陈竺向大会发来视频致辞。河南省委书记王国生出席大会，宣布第二届中国·河南招才引智创新发展大会、中国·河南开放创新暨跨国技术转移大会开幕，并为“河南省优秀专家”获得者颁发证书。

Chen Zhu, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress and president of the Western Returned Scholars Association, delivered a video speech at the opening ceremony. Wang Guosheng, secretary of CPC Henan Provincial Committee, attended the conference, declared the Second China (Henan) Talent Recruitment & Project Matchmaking Event for Innovation and Development and the Henan Opening-up Innovation and International Technology Transfer Conference open, and issued certificates to the winners of “Outstanding Expert of Henan Province”.

 

河南省委常委、常务副省长黄强，科学技术部党组成员、副部长黄卫，人力资源和社会保障部党组成员、副部长汤涛，诺贝尔物理学奖获得者安德烈·海姆，史太白管理和技术有限公司董事长雷纳·格隆，中国科学院院士、上海交通大学常务副校长丁奎岭先后致辞。

Huang Qiang, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Henan Provincial Committee and executive vice governor of Henan Provincial People’s Government, Huang Wei, member of the leading Party group and vice-minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Tang Tao, member of the leading Party group and vice-minister of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Andre Geim, Nobel laureate in physics, Rainer Gehrung, president of Steinbeis Center of Management and Technology, Ding Kuiling, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and executive vice president of Shanghai Jiaotong University, also addressed the opening ceremony respectively.

据介绍，共有2389名海内外知名专家和高层次人才出席本次大会，其中，诺贝尔奖获得者、两院院士、海外院士、领军人才等顶尖人才537人。

It is reported that a total of 2, 389 well-known experts and high-level talents from home and abroad attended the conference, including 537 such top talents as Nobel Prize winners, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, overseas academicians and leading talents.

 

网上统计数据显示，截至10月27日下午5点，大会官网共征集到全省14461家用人单位189032个岗位需求信息和1370个人才（项目）需求信息。大会网络平台浏览量总计达到2948353次，网上投送简历38224份，达成意向31025人。（记者孙科 编译赵汉青 审校白玉杰）

Online statistics show that by 5 PM on October 27, the official website of the conference had collected 189, 032 posts demand information and 1, 370 talents (projects) demand information from 14, 461 employers in the whole province. According to the report, the website had received 2, 948, 353 views and 38, 224 resumes, and 31, 025 job-seekers reached employment agreement with the employers.
