Focus on CIIE: Henan Trade Group Achieved Great Success

聚焦进博会：河南交易团晒出“赶集”成绩单

 

The Supply-Demand Matchmaking Conference of Henan Trade Group was held on November 6 at the Second China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai. By now, enterprises from Henan province have signed 106 contracts with overseas businesses from more than 40 countries, with a contract value of 37.99 billion yuan.

11月6日，第二届中国国际进口博览会河南交易团采购需求发布暨现场签约会在上海举行。我省企业与来自40余个国家和地区的境外客商达成了106个贸易合作合同，合同金额379.9亿元。

According to Henan Provincial Department of Commerce, the imports of Henan Trade Group mainly include minerals, food, oil, photovoltaic products, plastic material and products, medical equipment, food processing machinery, textile, etc. These commodities will facilitate industrial transformation, consumption upgrading, and balanced development of foreign trade in Henan province, and make it better adapt to the global market and further improve its all-round opening-up.

从河南省商务厅提供的信息来看，河南交易团此次进口商品主要有矿产品、食品、原油、光伏产品、塑料及其制品、医疗器械、食品加工机械、纺织品等，将对我省推动产业转型、消费升级和外贸均衡发展，更好融入全球市场、进一步提高开放水平起到积极促进作用。

 

The CIIE is not only a significant measure for China to actively open its market, but also an important platform for enterprises at home and abroad to deepen their trade cooperation, according to Zhang Yanming, director-general of Henan Provincial Department of Commerce. Altogether 7, 659 exhibitors from Henan participate in the 2nd CIIE; among them, the 6, 145 enterprises and institutions generate enormous import demands through a broad scope of cooperation and varieties of procurements.

河南省商务厅厅长张延明说，中国国际进口博览会是中国主动向世界开放市场的一项重大举措，也是中外企业深化贸易合作的一个重要平台。本届进博会，河南参会单位达7659家，其中企业和机构6145家，合作领域广、采购品类多、进口需求大。

According to Henan Provincial Department of Commerce, Henan will further expand such imports as advanced technology and equipment, agricultural products, resource and consumer products, etc. Besides, Henan will actively develop service trade and promote industrial transformation and upgrading so as to meet the increasing diversified needs and boost its high-quality economic development.

从河南省商务厅提供的信息来看，我省将继续扩大先进技术装备进口，扩大农产品、资源性产品进口，扩大消费品进口，并且将积极发展服务贸易，推动全省产业转型升级，满足百姓日益增长的多元化需求，助推全省经济高质量发展。

 

As a major manufacturing province in China and an important intelligent terminal R&D and production base in the world, Henan will support its enterprises to increase their import of key technologies, and that of components as well as complete sets of equipment, which will promote “introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation”, and facilitate their industrial transformation and upgrading.
