《2019城市数字发展指数报告》出炉！郑州跻身数字一线城市阵营

On December 17, the CSUS National Smart City Joint Lab released the Report on Index of Urban Digital Development 2019, which assessed all cities from 4 indicators of the first level, namely digital environment, digital government affairs, digital life and digital ecology, and the other 20 sub-indicators.

12月17日，中国城市科学研究会智慧城市联合实验室发布了《2019城市数字发展指数报告》，从数字环境、数字政务、数字生活、数字生态4个一级指标及20个分指标，对各城市作了综合评分。

According to the comprehensive assessment score, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Beijing, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo and Qingdao are listed as the top 10 first-tier digital cities due to their outstanding performances. Ranking the 6th place of the top 10, Zhengzhou leads China with the 2nd place of digital life index.

从总指数评分可以看出，杭州、上海、武汉、深圳、北京、郑州、广州、南京、宁波、青岛凭借出众的成绩成为前十名，组成了数字一线城市十强阵容。其中，郑州第六。4个一级指标中，郑州在数字生活指标上排名全国第二，全国领先。

Tracking the development of Zhengzhou, in recent years, Henan seized the opportunity of the construction of National Big Data (Henan) Comprehensive Pilot Zone, promoting the development of industrial clusters such as big data, 5G, artificial intelligence, new-type display, and intelligent terminal. Statistics show that Henan’s digital economy exceeded 1 trillion yuan in 2018, and in the first half of 2019, the internet users reached 107.836 million, ranking the 4th in China. In addition, Zhengzhou has become one of the first pilot demonstration cities for 5G network technology application.

郑州的“发展”其实有迹可循。近年来，河南省以建设国家大数据（河南）综合试验区为契机，大力推进大数据、5G、人工智能、新型显示、智能终端等产业集群建设。据统计，2018年，河南省数字经济规模已突破万亿，2019年上半年，河南省互联网用户已达到10783.6万户，居全国第4位。郑州则成为全国首批5G规模组网建设及应用示范工程试点城市之一。（记者赵振杰 编译赵汉青 审校焦丹）
