At 3 pm on Jan. 8, the 3rd Session of the 12th CPPCC Henan Provincial Committee  opened at Henan People’s Hall.

1月8日下午3时，中国人民政治协商会议第十二届河南省委员会第三次会议在省人民会堂开幕。

The 3rd Session of the 12th CPPCC Henan Provincial Committee shall be attended by 875 members with 815 actually attended, which conforms to the relevant regulations.

河南省政协十二届三次会议应出席委员875人，实到815人，符合有关规定。

Entrusted by the Standing Committee of the 12th CPPCC Henan Provincial Committee, Liu Wei, chairman of the CPPCC Henan Provincial Committee, presented a work report to the conference.
