Recently, a “green channel” has been launched for port visas to help production resumption of foreign and Taiwan enterprises in Henan province, according to Port Visa Office of Henan Provincial Department of Public Security on February 23.

All applications for port visas from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign countries at Zhengzhou Airport during the epidemic will be accepted 24 hours a day, regardless of weekends and holidays.
凡疫情防控期间，所有从港澳台及国外在郑州机场入境申请办理口岸签证的，不分节假日，24小时受理。
Simplified Procedures
简化程序
For foreign and Taiwanese staff or those who are invited to enter Henan to help production resumption during the epidemic, the entry procedures will be simplified at Zhengzhou Airport if they meet the basic requirements. Port visas will be issued first, while relevant documents are allowed to be submitted later.
所有疫情防控期间复工复产涉外涉台企业员工或邀请急需从郑州机场口岸入境的相关人员，在所需基本条件符合要求的前提下，简化入境程序，实行“容缺办理”，可先签发口岸签证，入境后再补办相关证明材料。
Lower Costs

For foreign tour groups, invited by travel agencies put on file, who fail to enter Henan at Zhengzhou Airport due to some reason, group visa processing time shall be shortened to lower the costs of travel agencies.
对备案旅行社邀请来豫旅游，如因特殊原因未能在郑州机场口岸入境的外国旅行团，缩短团体签证办理时间，降低旅行社经营成本。

Foreign tour groups that have applied for a group visa before the outbreak of COVID-19 and have not entered Henan yet can re-apply for a group visa free if their visa expires after the epidemic.
