大河网讯 “虽然副总陈宏波16日从国外回来即按规定居家隔离，但是我们拿到了260吨货值140多万美元的核桃仁出口大订单。”2月23日，大河网记者从卢氏县华阳食品有限公司了解到，疫情期间，该公司拿到的核桃仁出口订单比去年全年增加了40%以上。

On February 8, Yang Jue, chairman of Huayang Foodstuff Co., Ltd, dispatched the company’s deputy general manager Chen Hongbo to Yeka Company in Yekaterinburg of Russia. During his visit, Chen introduced the basic information of Lushi county, such as rich walnut resources, zero confirmed COVID-19 infections and its well-preserved ecology with over 70 percent forest coverage, which eliminated the company’s worries about the COVID-19 epidemic in China. Therefore, they signed the contract immediately.

With an annual processing capacity of more than 5,000 tons of walnuts, Huayang Foodstuff Co., Ltd is the largest walnut processing and export enterprise in Henan province. On February 18, at the company, the square with a total area of more than 20 mu (mu, a unit of area in China, and 1 mu is about 666 square meters) was all covered with pleurotus eryngii, a popular edible mushroom, for drying, and more than 130 workers were working overtime along the walnut meat processing line and a new line for export canned edible fungi. “On February 10, when we received the production resumption notice, the company immediately went into full operation.” Yang said, “Up to now, the total walnut orders in 2020, mainly from the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland and other European countries, have reached 1,200 tons. With this Russian order, our products will be exported to 18 countries. So far this year, the walnut meat orders we have got are increased more than 40 percent over last year’s total volume.”

华阳食品公司年加工核桃5000余吨，是河南省规模最大的核桃加工出口企业。2月18日，该公司20余亩的车间空地晒场全部晾晒着杏鲍菇。核桃仁加工生产线和新上的食用菌罐头出口生产线上，130余名工人正在加班加点生产。“2月10日，接到可以复工的通知，公司立即投入全面生产。”杨珏说，“截至目前，2020年核桃仁出口订单已有1200吨，主要向英国、德国、荷兰、爱尔兰等欧洲国家出口供货，加上这次俄罗斯的订单，共向18个国家出口。今年到现在，拿到的核桃仁出口订单比去年全年增加了40%以上。”

“After the Spring Festival, we actively eliminated the epidemic impact and greatly increased our export business, with walnut meat being exported to Europe and canned edible fungi to South Korea and southeast Asian countries, making our 4 foreign language talents, such as English and German, extremely busy,” said Yang.

“春节后，我们主动出击，突破疫情影响，出口业务大增，核桃仁出口欧洲国家，食用菌罐头出口韩国和东南亚国家，公司的英语、德语等4名外语人才快不够用了。”杨珏说。

Lushi county, well-known for its edible fungi, is vigorously developing edible fungi industries, such as shiitake mushroom and black fungus, to fight against poverty and the output is greatly increased. At present, half of the 26 foreign trade enterprises in Lushi have resumed production, while the rest are preparing.

卢氏是全国著名的食用菌之乡。脱贫攻坚战打响以来，该县大力发展香菇、木耳等食用菌扶贫产业，产量大幅提升。目前，该县26家外贸企业已有13家复工生产，其余的正在做复工准备。（记者/宋向乐 编译/赵汉青 审校/张玉红）
