News from Zhengzhou Customs on August 13 -- Over the first 7 months this year, Henan’s total import and export value grew up 9.2 percent year-on-year to 276.28 billion yuan. Ranking 5th in China, its growth rate is 10.9 percentage points higher than the national average. Specifically, Henan’s exports increased by 5.4 percent to 178.7 billion yuan, 6.3 percentage points higher than the national rate, while its imports rose by 16.9 percent to 97.58 billion yuan, 19.5 percentage points higher than the national rate.

8月13日，记者从郑州海关了解到，今年前7个月，我省外贸进出口总值2762.8亿元，比去年同期（下同）增长9.2%，高出全国总体增速10.9个百分点，进出口增速居全国第5位。其中，出口1787亿元，增长5.4%，高出全国出口6.3个百分点；进口975.8亿元，增长16.9%，高出全国进口19.5个百分点。

According to the sources in Zhengzhou Customs, Henan’s total import and export value reached 48.25 billion yuan for this July with a year-on-year increase of 17 percent and a month-on-month growth of 14.8 percent, which were significantly higher than the overall growth rate of the past 7 months. Despite the global complex and changeable environment, there were 7,998 enterprises making import & export achievements across the province in the first 7 months, a year-on-year increase of 612.

据郑州海关相关负责人介绍，7月份，我省进出口482.5亿元，同比增长17%，环比增长14.8%，增速明显高于前7个月进出口总体增速。在国际市场复杂多变的情况下，前7个月我省有进出口业绩的企业7998家，较去年同期增加612家。

 

From January to July this year, the growth rate of import-export trade with the EU (excluding the UK) has been up to 83.6 percent while with the ASEAN maintained above 20 percent. It is worth mentioning that Henan’s import-export with the US has decreased by 27 percent to 41.03 billion yuan over the same period, while in July it registered a positive growth of 13.1 percent.

今年前7个月，我省对欧盟（不含英国）进出口增速高达83.6%，对东盟进出口增速保持20%以上。值得一提的是，前7个月我省对美国进出口410.3亿元，下降27%；但7月份出现回暖，当月对美国进出口增长13.1%。

In the past seven months, export products of labor-intensiveness (including mobile phones, textiles, clothing, shoes and hats, etc.), agriculture and aluminum accounted for 76.8 percent of Henan’s total export value, among which mobile phones contributed 58.3 percent. Besides, the import of integrated circuits, copper ores, consumer products and crude oil made up 61.1 percent of the province’s total, of which integrated circuits reached 33 percent.

另外，前7个月，我省手机、纺织服装、鞋帽等传统劳动密集型产品、农产品、铝材出口值占全省出口总值的76.8%，仅手机出口值就占全省出口总值的58.3%；集成电路、金属矿砂、消费品和原油四类商品进口值合计占全省进口总值的61.1%，其中集成电路进口值占全省进口总值的33%。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/丁岚）
