Henan’s “Single Window” Customs Declaration Hits a New High

河南“单一窗口”跨境电商申报创新高

 

Henan’s “Single Window” customs declaration has made new breakthroughs over the past 8 months, according to Henan E-port Co., Ltd on September 2. Specifically, 88.45 million (a year-on-year increase of 154.4 percent) cross-border e-commerce orders worth of 7.19 billion yuan (up 111 percent year-on-year) were completed through the Window, breaking a record high.

9月2日，记者从河南电子口岸公司了解到，今年1-8月，河南“单一窗口”跨境电商业务交出亮眼成绩单。数据显示：跨境电商企业累计通过“单一窗口”平台申报单量8845万单、货值71.9亿元，同比分别增长154.4%、111%，创下历年来同期业务新高。

“The declaration volume over the past 8 months showed a fast growth momentum in Henan’s imports and exports. The exports even experienced a striding development period.” Cheng Huiwen, general manager of Henan E-port Co., Ltd, told the reporter.

“从申报数据来看，前8月我省跨境进出口均保持了快速增长势头，其中出口呈现跨越式增长。”河南电子口岸公司总经理程会文告诉记者。

 

For import business, 36.347 million (a year-on-year increase of 38.3 percent) cross-border e-commerce orders worth of 5.21 billion yuan (up 66.5 percent year-on-year) were completed through the Window. More than 18,000 kinds of commodities, such as cosmetics, milk powder and health care products, from more than 60 countries and regions around the world have been distributed to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc., across China after customs clearance, to meet the growing consumer demand.

其中，跨境进口企业完成申报3634.7万单、货值52.1亿元，同比分别增长38.3%、66.5%，来自全球60余个国家和地区的化妆品、奶粉、保健品等18000余种优选商品完成清关后，被发往北京、上海、广州等全国各地，满足了人民群众日益增长的消费需求。

 

For export business, 52.103 million (a year-on-year increase of 513.7 percent) cross-border e-commerce orders worth of 1.98 billion yuan (up 614.4 percent year-on-year) were completed through the Window, of which 74 thousand orders (worth of 0.13 billion yuan) were made under the customs supervision codes of 9710 and 9810. More than 72,000 kinds of commodities, such as toys, clothing and wigs, were sold all over the world.

跨境出口企业完成申报5210.3万单、货值19.8亿元，同比分别增长513.7%、614.4%，其中跨境电商B2B出口9710、9810新业务申报7.4万单、货值1.3亿元，我省的玩具、服装、假发等72000余种商品发往世界各地，豫货“卖全球”开辟新渠道。

 

Cross-border e-commerce, a competitive emerging industry in Henan, has played a significant role in ensuring stable foreign trade despite the global COVID-19 pandemic and sluggish traditional trade.
