Henan’s First International Air Freight Route Welcomes Its 10th Anniversary

河南首条国际货运定期航线运营十年

On September 17, a cargo plane (RU287) operated by Russia’s AirBridgeCargo Airlines steadily arrived at Zhengzhou Airport, marking the 10th anniversary of AirBridgeCargo Airlines’ operation at Zhengzhou Airport and Henan’s first international air freight route launched between Zhengzhou and Moscow.

9月17日，随着俄罗斯空桥货运航空公司RU287航班顺利降落郑州机场，标志着空桥航空在郑州机场运营已满10周年，也是河南首条国际货运定期航线运营满10周年。

Founded in 2004 and based at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport, Volga-Dnepr Group is the parent company of AirBridgeCargo Airlines and mainly engages in the scheduled air freight businesses between Asia, Europe and North America, with stations opened in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhengzhou, etc. As the first foreign cargo airline to carry out international air freight businesses in Henan, AirBridgeCargo Airlines has extended the air freight route connecting Henan with the world from one to more and become a die-hard fan of the “Aerial Silk Road” over the past 10 years. 

空桥航空是俄罗斯第聂伯集团下辖子公司，成立于2004年，基地位于莫斯科谢列梅捷沃国际机场，主要从事亚洲、欧洲和北美之间的定班货运业务，在中国开通了北京、上海、郑州等货运航点。作为首个进入河南运营国际货运定期航线的外籍航企，在过去10年中，空桥航空将中原地区连接全球的空中航线由一条扩展到多条，成为“空中丝绸之路”上的“铁粉”。

September 17, 2010, witnessed AirBridgeCargo Airlines’ inaugural flight from Moscow to Zhengzhou, marking the successful launch of Henan’s first international air freight route. On August 8, 2012, AirBridgeCargo Airlines connected Zhengzhou with Chicago via Moscow. With this route, Henan has become a strong support in inland China for international air cargo businesses of Europe, America and Asia.

2010年9月17日，空桥航空一架货机从莫斯科直飞郑州，开启了河南第一条国际货运定期航线；2012年8月8日，空桥航空又开通了郑州经莫斯科至芝加哥货运航线，凭着这条国际航线，河南首次成为欧、美、亚国际航空货运设在中国内陆的空中支撑区。

With the deepening of bilateral cooperation, AirBridgeCargo Airlines has opened more air freight routes around Zhengzhou Airport, together with Russia’s Atran Airlines and Volga-Dnepr Airlines, as well as the UK’s CargoLogicAir (CLA).

随着双方合作的深入推进，空桥航空携手第聂伯集团旗下的阿特兰航空、伏尔加—第聂伯航空，以及英国CLA航空，共同围绕郑州机场开通了多条货运航线。

At present, there are totally 29 cargo airlines operating at Zhengzhou Airport with 51 air freight routes and 63 destinations, basically forming an “Aerial Silk Road” featuring global coverage and efficient transportation. Besides, the overall air freight capacity of Zhengzhou Airport has been greatly enhanced. Its freight depot covers an area of 140 thousand square meters with an annual freight capacity of more than 700 thousand tons. It has rich experience in special cargo transport, such as off-gauge goods, live animals and cold chain products, and is qualified to transport dangerous goods in category 1 to 9. At the same time, the category has been expanded from general goods to more than 10 thousand kinds in 23 categories, such as cold chain delivery, cross-border e-commerce industry and express mail service, with its supply structure being optimized day by day.

目前，在郑州机场运营的货运航空公司共29家，开通货运航线51条，货机通航城市63个，基本形成横跨全球、高效通达的“空中丝绸之路”货运航线网络；货运综合保障能力大幅提升，郑州机场货站面积14万平方米，年货邮保障能力70万吨，可保障1至9类危险品，拥有丰富的超限货物、活体动物和生鲜冷链等特殊货物保障经验；航空货源结构日趋优化，保障货物品类已经由传统的普货扩大至生鲜冷链、跨境电商、快邮件等23大类1万余种。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/白玉杰）
