Henan’s “Single Window” Customs Declaration Volume Exceeds 100 Million in Q3

前三季度河南“单一窗口”单量申报超亿

Henan’s “Single Window” customs declaration volume has made new breakthroughs over the past 3 quarters, according to Henan E-port Co., Ltd on October 14. Specifically, 100.70 million (a year-on-year increase of 137 percent) cross-border e-commerce orders worth 8.21 billion yuan (up 98.0 percent year-on-year) were completed through the “Single Window”, not only breaking a record high, but also playing a positive role in Henan’s pandemic prevention and control, resumption of work and production, and stable foreign trade.

10月14日，记者从河南电子口岸了解到，今年前三季度，河南单一窗口平台跨境电商申报达10070万单、货值达82.1亿元，同比分别增长137%、98.0%，业务总量超过2019年全年业务2676万单，创下历年同期业务量新高，为河南疫情防控、复工复产、外贸稳定运行发挥了积极作用。

On July 1, Henan officially launched the new customs supervision codes of “9710” and “9810”. Enterprises are supported to make one-stop declarations via the forms of manifests and customs declarations on the information platform provided by the “Single Window”. With the swift customs clearance and preferential inspection of export goods at the customs, the clearance efficiency has been greatly improved. Besides, to promote this business, the related departments across the province have provided various training for more than 1,500 representatives from over 1,000 enterprises so as to make sure that this favorable policy could benefit the majority of enterprises.

今年7月1日，跨境电商B2B出口9710、9810新业务正式在河南启动。河南“单一窗口”提供信息化载体，支持企业采用报关单和清单两种模式进行一站式业务申报；海关方面实时验放、优先安排查验，大幅提高了通关效率。除此之外，为促进该业务的普及推广，全省多个相关单位多方、多次组织，对1000余家企业的1500余名企业代表进行培训，以确保政策利好切实惠及广大企业。

Apart from the efficient clearance capacity, Henan’s “Single Window” not only covers such businesses as cargo declaration, shipping bill declaration, export tax refund, financial insurance, etc., but also comprehensively enhances its key services, including finance, insurance and big data analysis and so on, and launches new functions like tax payment as well as online forex payment and receipt, to make sure that the convenience of “Integrated Online Platform” service could be accessible to the majority of enterprises.
