义乌—郑州市场采购贸易“物流链”打通 首单出口目的地为欧洲

 

At 5:10 pm on October 26, a batch of products totaling 1,574 kg from Yiwu city, the famous commodity distribution hub in China’s Zhejiang province, were exported to Belgium in Europe under the supervision of Zhengzhou Airport Customs affiliated to Zhengzhou Customs. Different from the products exported through general trade in the past, it was the first time for Zhengzhou Customs to release the products exported through market purchase trade.

大河网讯10月26日17时10分，郑州海关所属郑州机场海关监管出境一批义乌的小商品，该批商品共1574公斤，出口目的地为欧洲的比利时。与以往通过一般贸易形式出口的义乌小商品不同，这是郑州海关首单放行的以市场采购贸易方式出口的义乌小商品。

Market purchase trade is a kind of trade mode allowing qualified purchasers to purchase products with a single customs declaration of less than $150,000 (including $150,000) in market clusters recognized by national commercial authorities, and go through customs formalities for export products at the same place. Targeted to the foreign trade (multi-variety, multi-batch and small quantity) in professional markets, market purchase trade is characterized by fast customs clearance, convenience, VAT exemption, etc.

市场采购贸易方式是指由符合条件的经营者在经国家商务主管等部门认定的市场集聚区内采购的、单票报关单商品货值15万（含15万）美元以下、并在采购地办理出口商品通关手续的贸易方式。该贸易方式为专业市场“多品种、多批次、小批量”外贸交易创设，具有通关快、便利化、免征增值税等特点。
