Henan 'Single Window' Cross-border E-commerce Declaration Hits a New High

河南“单一窗口”助力 跨境电商业务再创新高

 

During the "Double-11", an annual shopping spree in China, Henan touched a record high not only in customs clearance efficiency via China (Henan) International Trade "Single Window" (hereinafter referred to as the "Single Window"), but also in its business volume of cross-border e-commerce. By 5 o'clock pm, November 11, 11.718 million orders worth 1.38 billion yuan were completed through the "Single Window" from November 1, up by 1.4 times and 1.3 times respectively compared with the amount during the "Double-11" shopping spree last year, setting a new record.

Cross-border e-commerce, a competitive emerging industry in Henan, has played a significant role in stabilizing foreign trade despite global COVID-19 pandemic and sluggish traditional trade. During the "Double-11" shopping spree, many enterprises such as Cainiao International Smart Logistics Network and Vip.com successively expanded their business volume, which posed unprecedented challenges to the customs clearance efficiency of the "Single Window". In this case, Henan E-port Co., Ltd managed to enhance its clearance efficiency and tackled the challenges actively.

跨境电商产业是我省的新兴优势产业，在新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延，传统贸易遭受巨大冲击的背景下，更成为我省稳外贸的重要抓手。“双11”期间，菜鸟、唯品会等企业纷纷扩大业务量，对河南“单一窗口”平台通关承载能力提出了空前的考验。河南电子口岸公司积极行动，大力提升河南“单一窗口”平台运营效能，积极应对“双11”大促挑战。

 

With a peak processing speed of 60 thousand orders per minute and a stable processing capacity of more than 30 million orders per day, Henan's "Single Window" ran smoothly after 9 rounds of testing from October 20 to 30 with Zhengzhou Customs, Data Center, etc., which fully met the needs of such leading enterprises as Cainiao International Smart Logistics Network for swift clearance during the "Double-11" shopping spree.

据了解，河南“单一窗口”先后联合郑州海关、数据中心、分中心、菜鸟积极开展跨境电商系统全链路压力测试，于10月20日—30日进行连续压力测试，针对测试期间出现的问题，逐一排查解决，经过9轮的测试，河南电子口岸节点运行高效，无任何积压现象，峰值处理速度达到6万单/分钟，单日稳定处理能力达3000万单以上，充分满足了菜鸟等龙头企业“双11”大促高性能传输要求。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/白玉杰）
