On January 27, a video conference on industrial promotion was held between Henan of China and Lublin of Poland.

He Jinping, vice governor of Henan, attended the conference in Zhengzhou. Liu Guangyuan, Chinese ambassador to Poland, and Michal Mulawa, vice governor of Lublin, attended it in Poland. He Jinping pointed out that over the years, the cooperation between Henan and Lublin has born ample fruits in areas of trade, economy, education and culture, deepening the friendly bilateral ties. With complementary economic relations, it will benefit both sides to deepen practical cooperation and promote high-quality trade and investment. Henan and Lublin should further strengthen cooperation on international logistics and establish a new mode of door-to-door logistics & supply chain service featured with full industrial chain. The two sides should explore new opportunities of cross-border e-commerce cooperation and improve the industrial chain and ecology of cross-border e-commerce. Besides, Henan and Lublin should carry out in-depth cooperation in agricultural R&D, agricultural technology transfer and staff training. And they should also set up mechanisms to regularly exchange needs and intentions, and solve problems through consultation for better collaboration.

副省长何金平在郑州出席会议。中国驻波兰大使刘光源、卢布林省副省长米哈尔·穆拉瓦在波兰参加会议。何金平说，近年来，河南省与卢布林省友好省关系不断深化，经贸、教育和文化等领域合作取得了丰硕成果。两省经济互补性强，深入拓展两地务实合作，不断提升贸易投资合作水平，符合双方共同利益。何金平提出，两省应深化国际物流合作，探讨建立“门到门”全链条的物流供应链服务新模式；寻求跨境电商合作新机遇，完善跨境电商产业链和生态圈；拓展农业领域合作，在农业科研、农业技术推广、人员培训等方面开展深层次合作；建立定期沟通机制，及时交流合作需求及意向，商讨解决合作中的问题，收获更多合作成果。

Michal Mulawa said that Lublin has a favorable location with convenient transportation and good infrastructure. Lublin is willing to deepen cooperation with Henan in logistics and etc., so as to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.
