On the afternoon of March 4, Henan delegation to the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) held its first press conference. Gao Xin, deputy secretary-general of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Henan Province and first-level inspector of the General Office, was the spokesperson.
3月4日下午，十三届全国人大四次会议河南代表团进行第一次新闻发布，新闻发言人由省人大常委会副秘书长、办公厅一级巡视员高欣担任。
At the meeting held by the delegation on the afternoon that day, Wang Guosheng was elected as the head of the delegation, while Yin Hong, Zhao Suping, Xu Jichao and Zhang Weining as the deputy heads.
