Video Conference Held Between Henan and Siem Reap to Promote Win-win Coop
豫暹携手加强互利合作
On March 18, a video conference was held between Henan province of China and Siem Reap province of Cambodia to strengthen their friendly cooperation.

He Jinping, vice governor of Henan province, attended the meeting in Zhengzhou and signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of Friendly Relations between Henan Province of the People's Republic of China and Siem Reap Province of the Kingdom of Cambodia with You Sophea, vice governor of Siem Reap province.
副省长何金平在郑州出席会议，并与暹粒省副省长尤·索菲尔签署《中华人民共和国河南省与柬埔寨王国暹粒省建立友好关系谅解备忘录》。
He pointed out that China and Cambodia are geographically close and culturally interlinked. Against the background of friendly relations between the two countries, the two provinces have continuously deepened friendly exchanges. Since the signing of the letter of intent to establish friendly inter-provincial relations in October, 2014, the two sides have carried out fruitful cooperation. He hopes that with the signing of the memorandum of understanding on friendly relations and the three-year cooperation plan of action by the two provinces, the letter of intent to establish sister-city relationship by Zhengzhou city and Siem Reap city, and a cooperation framework agreement by Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone and Angkor Airlines Co., Ltd of Cambodia today, the two provinces will take this opportunity to implement the bilateral consensus reached by the leaders of both sides, strengthening all-round communications to make greater achievements by boosting exchanges and cooperation in cultural tourism, economy and trade, agriculture, education, aerospace and other fields.
何金平指出，中柬地理相近、文化相通，在两国友好关系背景下，两省不断深化友好交往，自2014年10月双方签署建立友好省际关系意向书以来，双方开展了富有成效的合作。今天两省签署友好关系谅解备忘录、合作三年行动计划，郑州市与暹粒市签署建立友好城市关系意向书，郑州航空港区和柬埔寨吴哥航空有限公司签署合作框架协议，希望两省以此为契机，共同落实好中柬两国领导人达成的共识，加强全方位交往，进一步深化文旅、经贸、农业、教育、航空等领域的交流合作，并取得更大的成果。
You Sophea remarked that in recent years, the two provinces have carried out a series of friendly cooperation and achieved positive results. It is hoped that the two sides will further deepen cooperation and push for greater achievements in pragmatic cooperation between the two provinces.
