News from Zhengzhou Customs on April 19 -- In the first three months of this year, Henan's total import and export value grew by 79.3 percent year-on-year, ranking 6th in China, to 192.08 billion yuan, ranking 9th nationwide and remaining 1st among all the provinces in Central China for 9 consecutive years.

4月19日，郑州海关发布数据显示，今年一季度，河南进出口总值达1920.8亿元，比去年同期增长79.3%，增速居全国第六，进出口总值居全国第九位，并连续九年保持中部第一位。

According to the data provided by Zhengzhou Customs, private enterprise was a major driving force for the growth of foreign trade in Henan during the January-March period. In the first quarter, the import and export value of private enterprises in Henan reached 77.9 billion yuan, accounting for 40.6 percent of the provincial total volume. Besides, their contribution rate to the province's overall foreign trade volume stood at 51 percent, exceeding that of foreign-invested enterprises to become the largest contributor for the first time.

据海关数据显示，民营企业成为全省外贸进出口增长最主要的拉动力量。一季度，河南省民营企业进出口779亿元，占河南省外贸总值的40.6%，对全省外贸的贡献率为51%，首次超越外商投资企业成为外贸增长的最大贡献力量。

The import and export value of enterprises in comprehensive bonded zones across Henan reached 121.71 billion yuan, up 97.4 percent year-on-year, 18.1 percentage points higher than the overall growth rate of the province. Notably, the import and export value of processing trade carried out by such enterprises contributed 92.2 percent to that of the province's processing trade.

综合保税区方面，企业进出口总额1217.1亿元，增长97.4%，高于全省总体增速18.1个百分点。尤为值得关注的是，综保区企业开展的加工贸易进出口额占全省加工贸易进出口额的92.2%。（中文来源/大河网 翻译/赵汉青 审校/张军平）
