中外学者探访“河洛古国”双槐树遗址 5300年前中华文明让人惊叹

 

On the afternoon of April 24, more than 100 guests at home and abroad participating in a themed art salon on Yellow River culture visited the Shuanghuaishu site of Gongyi in Zhengzhou, the capital city of an ancient "Heluo Kingdom", according to the schedule of the First China (Zhengzhou) Yellow River Culture Month.

4月24日下午，参加黄河文化月黄河文化主题艺术沙龙的100多名嘉宾前往巩义市“河洛古国”双槐树遗址考察采风。

Escorted by the staff from Zhengzhou Municipal Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, they visited the excavation site, the tableland on the south bank of the Yellow River where the Shuanghuaishu site lies and an exhibition themed on the Yangshao Culture.

在郑州市文物考古研究院有关负责同志的讲解引领下，大家实地参观了考古挖掘工地、黄河南岸高台以及双槐树遗址暨郑州仰韶文化专题展。

 

Termed as the "embryo of early Chinese civilization" and the "source of Chinese civilization" by experts and scholars, the Shuanghuaishu site dating back around 5,300 years was located by the highest-level settlement at the beginning of Chinese civilization. It was named as "Heluo Kingdom" after its location in the center of the Heluo area. The discoveries at the Shuanghuaishu site have provided key proof of the origin of Chinese civilization, which prove invaluable for the research on the origin of Huaxia people (Huaxia is a historical concept representing the Chinese nation and civilization) and the formation of early states as well as carrying forward the Yellow River culture.

双槐树遗址距今大约5300年，是中华文明形成初期，规格最高的具有都邑性质的聚落。有专家学者称之为“早期中华文明的胚胎”“中华文明的源头”。由于遗址位于河洛中心区域，被命名为“河洛古国”。遗址的发掘填补了中华文明起源研究关键性证据，对于探索华夏民族的发端、早期国家的形成都具有非常重要的历史价值，对于弘扬黄河文化也具有鲜明的时代价值。

The visitors were deeply impressed by the large-scale residential complex, rigidly-planned layout and overall magnificent looks of the unearthed city ruins and all praised the historical and cultural heritage as well as spiritual wealth.
