China Railway Zhengzhou Group Makes 3.323 Million Holiday Passenger Trips

“五一”假期，郑州铁路累计发送旅客332.3万人次

Over the past 5 days of travel rush during China's five-day May Day holiday, major railway stations under China Railway Zhengzhou Group Co., Ltd totally made 3.323 million passenger trips, an increase of 2.165 million year-on-year.

5月5日，大河网记者从中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司获悉，5月1日至5月5日今年“五一”假期期间，该集团公司累计发送旅客332.3万人次，较2020年同期增加216.5万人，增长187%。

A peak of 759 thousand passenger trips in a single day was made on May 1, an increase of 484 thousand (176.2 percent) and 21 thousand (2.9 percent) compared to the same day in 2020 and 2019 respectively.

其中，假期首日发送旅客75.9万人次，较2020年同日增加48.4万人次，增长176.2%；较2019年同日增加2.1万人次，增长2.9%，创单日客发量历史新高。

During the May Day holiday, apart from students, the passenger flow within the jurisdiction of the Group was mainly featured by tourism and family visit.
