Over 263 Million Cargo Declarations Processed via Henan's "Single Window" Platform in Past 5 Years

河南“单一窗口”5年申报2.63亿单

 

Central China's Henan province released its statistics of cargo declarations processed via the "Single Window", an integrated innovative platform for international trade where an enterprise can handle more than 20 businesses online, during the January-April period on May 7. Specifically, 53.53 million declarations for cross-border e-commerce commodities worth 5.04 billion yuan were completed through the platform, with each increasing by 65.3 percent and 67.2 percent year-on-year, breaking a record high compared with the figures of the same period in the past.

5月7日，河南“单一窗口”跨境电商1至4月份成绩单新鲜出炉，全省跨境电商企业通过“单一窗口”平台申报业务5353万单、货值50.4亿元，同比分别增长65.3%、67.2%，创下历年同期新高。

At present, with a peak processing speed of 1 thousand declarations per second and a stable processing capacity of more than 30 million declarations per day, Henan's "Single Window" has promoted to a level of quick response, fast processing and zero delay.

河南电子口岸公司负责人介绍，目前，河南“单一窗口”系统峰值处理能力可达1000单每秒，单日稳定处理能力从初期的2万至3万单提升至3000万单以上，真正实现了“快响应、零延时、秒通关”。

 

In recent years, Henan's "Single Window" has witnessed robust growth. From 2016 to 2020, a total of 263 million declarations were processed through the platform with an annual volume jumping from 2.1 million to 150 million, an increase of more than 7 thousand percent, reaching at the forefront of business scale, efficiency and service in China. The high customs clearance efficiency of Henan's "Single Window" has already become an attraction for cross-border e-commerce business settled in Henan.

近年来，河南“单一窗口”跨境电商业务增长迅猛，据统计，2016年至2020年间，其年申报量从210万单激增到1.5亿单，增长70余倍，累计申报量达2.63亿单，业务规模、运营效能和服务水平均居全国前列。河南“单一窗口”高效的通关能力已经成为吸引跨境电商产业在河南聚集的着力点。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/焦丹）
