A U.S. expert on China hailed the country's development in the past decade as 'remarkable' and lauded the Chinese people and its government for putting their shoulder to the wheel to make dreams into reality. Charlotte Christensen, vice president of the Oregon China Council (OCC), made the remarks in a recent interview.
