China Post issued a set of stamp to celebrate the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival on Sept 15. The set, designed by Cui Jingzhe, comprises one stamp and has a nominal value of 1.2 yuan (around $0.2).

As the second set themed on the Mid-Autumn Festival following the 2016 stamp, this one continues the art technique of traditional gongbi (meticulous brush strokes) style. The upper part of the stamp shows the legend of Jade Rabbit pounding medicine, which symbolizes the wishes for a healthy and safe body, happiness and longevity. The lower part of the stamp portrays the folk custom of "walking under the moon", which symbolizes a happy marriage and fertility.
