“High-speed Rail + Shared Car + Tourism” Project Launched in Henan Province

 

乘高铁旅游，到站用手机扫码租共享汽车，到景区凭高铁票享优惠，这将在河南省变成现实。1月15日，中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司、河南省投资集团有限公司与中国铁路投资有限公司在郑州签订三方合作框架协议，标志着“高铁+共享汽车+旅游”项目正式启动。

In Henan Province, it will soon become true that people who travel by high-speed rails, have the access to rent shared cars via scanning QR code with mobile phones at the terminal, and enjoy the scenic spots’ ticket discount. On January 15, China Railway Zhengzhou Group Co., Ltd, Henan Investment Co., Ltd, and China Railway Investment Co., Ltd jointly signed a trilateral cooperation framework agreement, marking the official launch of the “High-speed Rail + Shared Car + Tourism” project.

 

“高铁+共享汽车+旅游”项目是郑州铁路部门率先提出的一种新经济和精准扶贫模式，力图打通高铁站至景区“最后一公里”。项目将发挥河南“米”字形高铁四通八达的优势，将全国尤其是河南省周边3至4小时高铁经济圈内的游客吸引入豫。

Emerging as a new model of economy and targeted poverty alleviation firstly proposed by Zhengzhou Railway Department, the project of “High-speed Rail + Shared Car + Tourism” aims to provide the tourists with the most convenient transportation from the high-speed rail station to the scenic spots. This project will give a full play to the advantage of Henan’s “star-shaped” high-speed rail network to attract tourists from all over the country, especially the tourists around Henan Province in 3 to 4 hours by high-speed train.

 

据介绍，该项目第一批拟在郑州、开封、洛阳等地试点，计划在郑州东站、郑州站、洛阳龙门站、安阳东站、新乡东站、许昌东站、开封北站、兰考南站、商丘站、三门峡南站等，各建设50至100个共享汽车停车位。按照计划，该项目将于2019年6月底前完成首批共享汽车停车位及充电桩建设。

It is described that the pilot project will first be implemented in the cities, such as Zhengzhou, Kaifeng and Luoyang, with a plan of opening 50 to 100 parking lots for shared cars at Zhengzhou East Station, Zhengzhou Station, Luoyang Longmen Station, Anyang East Station, Xinxiang East Station, Xuchang East Station, Kaifeng North Station, Lankao South Station, Shangqiu Station and Sanmenxia South Station, etc. Accordingly, the first batch of parking lots and charging piles for shared cars will be completed by the end of June 2019.

 

据悉，为吸引更多游客，河南省相关部门还将制定优惠政策，游客凭3日内高铁车票（实名制），在票证相符的情况下，在河南省境内旅游可比照旅游团体票优惠政策，享受景区门票5至8折优惠。（记者宋敏 编译赵汉青 审校焦丹 播音杨春雨 海报胡瀚泽）

It is reported that, in order to attract more tourists, the relevant Departments in Henan Province, is also going to make the new preferential policies. One of them is that with a real-name registration system, the tourists legally possessing the high-speed rail tickets within 3 days validity can travel in Henan Province enjoying a 50 percent to 20 percent discount of the scenic spots tickets, which is of the same preferential with group tickets.
