1月17日，郑州海关通报，2018年我省进出口总值再创历史新高，首次突破5500亿元，达到5512.7亿元，与2017年相比（下同）增长5.3%，稳居中部第一。

On January 17, it is reported from Zhengzhou Customs that, in 2018, the gross output value of import and export trade in Henan Province again hit a historical high, exceeding 550 billion Yuan for the first time and reaching 551.27 billion Yuan. Comparing with 2017 (the same below), the amount grew by 5.3%, ranking the first place in the Central China.

从郑州海关提供的数据来看，全省外贸队伍去年明显壮大。2018年，我省有实际进出口业绩的企业7587家，比2017年增加998家，增长15.1%。

According to the data provided by Zhengzhou Customs, the number of Henan's foreign trade enterprises has grown significantly last year. In 2018, there were 7,587 enterprises with actual performance of import and export trade in Henan, which is 998 more than 2017 increasing by 15.1%.

同时，除对美国等传统贸易市场保持较高增速外，我省对新兴市场贸易增长也较为显著。2018年，我省对“一带一路”沿线国家进出口1187.9亿元，增长23%，其中对中东欧16国进出口84亿元，增长81.3%。加大新兴市场的开拓力度，有效分散了贸易争端可能给我省企业带来的风险。

In the meantime, while maintaining a relatively high growth rate in the traditional trade markets like the United States, Henan's trade growth rate in the new emerging markets is also remarkable. In 2018, Henan's gross output value of import and export trade in the countries along the “Belt and Road” reached 118.79 billion Yuan increasing by 23%, among which the gross output value of import and export trade in the 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe was 8.4 billion Yuan increasing by 81.3%. The further extension to the new emerging markets effectively reduces the risks that the trade dispute might bring about to Henan enterprises.

2018年，我省民营企业进出口1501.2亿元，增长23.2%。农产品等优势产业产品出口也保持了较高增速。

In 2018, the gross output value of import and export trade of the private enterprises in Henan was 150.12 billion Yuan increasing by 23.2%. The exports of advantageous industrial products such as agricultural products also maintained a relatively high growth rate.

此外，我省高新技术产品出口保持增长，外贸质量不断优化。在巩固铝材、农产品等传统产业产品出口的基础上，我省积极发展科技含量及附加值高的机电产品和高新技术产品，着力培育计算机与通信技术、电子产品等高端产业，推动形成电子信息产业集群。

In addition, the export of high-tech products in Henan has maintained steadily growth and the quality of foreign trade has been continuously optimized. On the basis of consolidating the export of traditional industrial products such as aluminum and agricultural products, Henan actively develops electromechanical products and high-tech products with high technological content and high added value, focusing on promoting the high-end industries such as computers and communication technologies and electronic products to formulate the electronic information industry clusters.

据郑州海关相关负责人介绍，2018年全省一般贸易进出口增速较快，加工贸易增速明显放缓；民营企业进出口增速较快，外商投资企业进出口下降但占比仍超六成；就目的地而言，对美国、欧盟、东盟进出口均保持增长，对“一带一路”沿线国家进出口增速明显高于总体水平；产品方面，手机、农产品、人发制品居全省出口商品前3位；集成电路是我省第一大进口商品，铜矿砂、计量器具、纸浆进口保持增长。（记者赵振杰 编译赵惜辰 审校焦丹 播音杨春雨 海报胡瀚泽）
