政府工作报告明确要加快5G商用步伐。如何在5G网络建设中先行一步，在5G时代的浪潮中占得先机？省两会期间，记者就此采访了多位代表委员。

The Government Work Report has made it clear that the commercialization of 5G technology should be accelerated. 河南移动已先后建设开通了12个5G基站。今年，还将积极争取郑州成为全国首批5G试商用城市，并推出5G智能手机。

China Mobile Group Henan Co., Ltd (Henan Mobile) has successively built and opened 12 5G base stations. This year, this company will also actively strive to make Zhengzhou one of the first batch of 5G trial commercial cities in China, and launch 5G smart phones.

“郑州是全国12个5G应用示范城市之一，我们将聚焦5G网络建设，深化5G网络应用，将郑州打造为中部省份5G第一城。”省人大代表、河南移动郑州分公司总经理胡波说，将围绕智慧旅游、智慧农业、智慧制造、智慧医疗等应用，不断丰富5G业务示范场景。

“Zhengzhou is one of the 12 demonstration cities of 5G technology in China. We will focus on 5G network construction and deepen 5G network application to make Zhengzhou a leading city in 5G technology in Central China. ” Hu Bo, the deputy to Henan Provincial People’s Congress and the general manager of Henan Mobile Zhengzhou Branch, said that the 5G demonstration sites will be constantly enriched focusing on the application of smart tourism, smart agriculture, smart manufacture and smart medical care, etc.

“许昌高度重视信息产业发展，把发展5G产业作为建设制造业强市、推动产业转型升级、实现高质量发展的重要举措。”省人大代表、许昌市委书记、市长胡五岳说，将聚焦5G产业链上中下游各环节，以重点项目为先导，推动“一网四基地”（5G网络、研发基地、生产基地、应用基地、信息安全基地）在许昌落地。

“Attaching great importance to the information industry, Xuchang City takes the development of 5G industry as an important measure to build a strong manufacturing city, promote the industrial transformation and upgrading, and realize high-quality development.” Hu Wuyue, the deputy to Henan Provincial People’s Congress, the Party secretary and the mayor of Xuchang City, said that, oriented by key projects, Xuchang will focus on the overall development of 5G industrial chains to realize “one network and four bases” (5G network, R&D base, production base, application base and information security base).

“《河南省5G产业发展行动方案》指出，到2030年，5G带动的直接产出和间接产出将分别达到6.3万亿元和10.6万亿元。河南作为人口大省和经济大省，信息消费市场规模巨大，为5G产业发展提供了广阔空间。”省政协委员、平顶山市工信委副主任宋民献说。（记者宋敏 编译赵汉青 审校焦丹 播音杨春雨 海报胡瀚泽）

“According to the Action Plan for 5G Industrial Development in Henan Province, by 2030, the direct and indirect output driven by 5G industry will reach 6.3 trillion Yuan and 10.6 trillion Yuan respectively. As a province with large population and strong economy, Henan dominates a huge information market, providing a wide space for the development of 5G industry.”, remarked by Song Minxian, Henan Provincial CPPCC member and the deputy director of Industry and Information Technology Commission of Pingdingshan City.
