China Railway Express between Europe and Zhengzhou Launched -- the First Logistics Line of Cross-border E-commerce in Central China
中欧班列(郑州)“菜鸟号”首发 成为中部地区首条跨境电商商品物流专线
On the morning of March 2, at the Putian Container Distribution Center of the Zhengzhou International Hub Development and Construction Company, Zhengzhou-Europe International Block Train, named “Cainiao”, set off to Liege in Belgium from Putian station. This is not only the first railway express line exclusive for cross-border E-commerce in China, but also the first in China to operate under customs surveillance code "9610" for cross-border E-commerce.
3月2日上午,在郑州国际陆港郑州圃田集装箱中心站,“菜鸟号”中欧班列(郑州)从圃田站出发驶向比利时列日。这是全国首条跨境电商专线,也是全国首条按9610监管方式阳光清关的中欧班列专线。
In 2018, the Zhengzhou-Europe International Block Train opened the central Asia line and the ASEAN line successively, which has formed an international network layout featuring multi-port and multi-line, and built a multi-direction hub with the core of Zhengzhou in China. First, it is connected to Japan and South Korea to the east, and connected to the east, middle and west of the Asia-Pacific countries through the sea-land-railway combined transportation. Second, it goes westward to Europe via the Alataw Pass (west line), and is connected to the central Asian destinations like Almaty and Tashkent via Horgos. Third, it goes northward to Europe via Erenhot (north line), and the Suifen River Port has also been opened (northeast line). Fourth, it goes southward to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, via Pingxiang, Guangxi (south line) of China.
2018年中欧班列(郑州)相继开行了中亚线路和东盟线路,形成了多口岸、多线路国际网络布局,国内形成以郑州为核心的多方向枢纽:一是向东与日韩连接,通过海公铁联运与亚太国家东中西的连通转运,二是向西由阿拉山口(西线路)出境到达欧洲,以及经由霍尔果斯阿拉木图和塔什干等中亚目的站,三是向北经二连浩特(北线路)出境到达欧洲,同时已打通东北线通道的绥芬河出境口岸,四是南向经广西凭祥(南线路)出境达到东盟越南河内目的站。
By March 2, 2019, China Railway Express has 129 trains travelling between Europe and Zhengzhou in 2019 (75 departures and 54 returns) with a total accumulative value of 495 million dollars and a cargo weight of 61.7 thousand tons in 2019. Totally, there are 1,889 trips (1,082 departures and 807 returns) with a total accumulative value of 8.912 billion dollars and 905.3 thousand tons.
截至2019年3月2日,中欧班列(郑州)2019年开行129班(75班去程,54班回程),总累计货值4.95亿美元、货重6.17万吨;总累计开行1889班(1082班去程,807班回程),总累计货值89.21亿美元、货重90.53万吨。
The “Cainiao” freight train is not only the first logistic line opened exclusively for cross-border E-commerce in central China, but also the first freight line in the country to operate under customs surveillance code "9610" for cross-border E-commerce. It has opened a new model of cross-border E-commerce parcel transportation of the Zhengzhou-Europe International Block Train, upgraded the innovation of the “integration of transportation and trade” of the Zhengzhou International Hub Development and Construction Company, enriched the connotation of the “Land Silk Road”, and solved the problems of unstable timeliness, high rejection rate, lost tracking information and uncontrollable service of the traditional E-commerce surface mails. This line will further enhance the competitiveness of the Chinese brands and products in the European market.
中欧班列(郑州)跨境电商“菜鸟号”是国内中部地区开通的首条跨境电商商品物流专线,也是全国首条按照海关出口9610监管方式阳光清关的铁路班列跨境电商物流专线,开创了中欧班列(郑州)跨境电商包裹运输的新模式,升级了陆港公司“运贸一体化”创新发展模式,丰富了中欧班列(郑州)“陆上丝绸之路”的建设内涵,解决了传统电商平邮小包时效不稳定、甩货率高、无追踪信息、服务不可控等问题,对进一步增强中国品牌、中国制造在欧洲市场的竞争力将起到强有力的促进作用。
Since the “Cainiao” freight train has been launched, with the improvement of the mode, the optimization of the operation, the progress of the technology and the development of the infrastructure, it will further boost Zhengzhou to build a global logistics digital operation center and promote the formation of a new logistics pattern in countries along the "Belt and Road".
