The 3rd Global Conference on Cross-border E-commerce Kicked off in Zhengzhou of Henan on May 10.
5月10日，第三届全球跨境电子商务大会在郑州召开。
Since 2017, the Global Conference on Cross-border E-commerce has been held annually at Zhengzhou, which is co-sponsored by the Department of Commerce of Henan Province, the People's Government of Zhengzhou Municipality, the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce, and the China International E-commerce Center. With the theme of "Global Reach" and the focuses on the new changes of cross-border e-commerce rules and regulations, new facilitation of customs clearance and new development of digital trade, this conference aims at the negotiation on the development trend and trade rules of the global cross-border e-commerce industry, the construction of an international, high-end and refined cross-border e-commerce exchange and cooperation platform, the promotion of the continuous innovation of cross-border e-commerce and the achievement of high-quality development, in forms of the opening ceremonies, summits and parallel forums.
全球跨境电子商务大会自2017年起，每年在郑州举办一届。大会由河南省商务厅、郑州市政府、商务部国际贸易经济合作研究院、中国国际电子商务中心联合主办。本届大会以“买全球·卖全球”为主题，围绕跨境电子商务规则制度新变化、通关贸易新便利、数字贸易新发展等，举办开幕式、高峰会及系列平行论坛，探讨全球跨境电商行业发展趋势和贸易规则，打造国际化、高端化、精细化的跨境电子商务交流合作平台，推动跨境电子商务持续创新，实现高质量发展。（记者/赵振杰 编译/赵汉青 审校/焦丹）
