Cultural events can be a catalyst for building cooperative platforms for people and organizations in Belt and Road countries.
The International Delicacy Carnival, an event running alongside the China International Fair for Trade in Services held by newly established cultural and creative park Langyuan Station, will open to the public in Beijing this Friday.

Gathering over 100 signature foods from 20 Belt and Road Initiative countries, the event aims to offer people a way to establish mutual understanding.
Visitors will have the chance to enjoy a concert, open-air cinema and art exhibitions at the event.
From May 28-30, similar cultural activities will welcome the public, including a Belt and Road film exhibition of young directors, cello performance, as well as seminars hosted by diplomats and artists.
