The World Sensors Summit 2019 to Launch in Zhengzhou on Saturday

2019世界传感器大会本周六在郑州启幕

The news briefing held by Information Office of Henan Provincial People’s Government on the afternoon of November 7 released that the World Sensors Summit 2019 (WSS 2019) is to launch in Zhengzhou from November 9 to 11, with over 10 international academicians and 10 Fortune 500 enterprises present.

11月7日下午，河南省政府新闻办公室召开“2019世界传感器大会新闻发布会”，记者在会上获悉，有10多位中外院士参会、10余家世界500强企业参与的2019世界传感器大会暨博览会将于11月9日至11日在郑州举行。

It is introduced that the WSS 2019 is sponsored by Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Association for Science and Technology, and Henan Provincial People’s Government. 13 reputational communities from 8 countries and regions including China, the US, Japan, Germany, Britain, Italy and South Korea will make keynote speeches by invitation.

据介绍，2019世界传感器大会由工业和信息化部、中国科协、河南省政府作为指导单位。记者在发布会现场获悉，大会已邀请到全球传感器领域包括中、美、日、德、英、意、韩等8个国家和地区13个国际、国内组织参与大会，并分别做主旨演讲。

In addition, the report on project achievement of China (Zhengzhou) Intelligent Sensor Valley will be issued at WSS 2019, which analyzes the industry’s current situation in Zhengzhou and puts forward guidance, plans and goals for its further development.

此外大会还将同期发布“中国（郑州）智能传感谷规划”成果报告，该报告分析了郑州市智能传感器产业的基础和条件，提出了中国（郑州）智能传感谷建设的指导思想、发展思路与发展目标。

In recent years, Henan has attached great importance to the sensor industry and become obviously competitivein its R&D and industrialization. Such a sound foundation explains why Zhengzhou was selected to be the summit host.
