The Sixth Henan Internet Conference kicked off in Zhengzhou on November 13.

11月13日，2019（第六届）河南省互联网大会在郑州开幕。

Liu Wei, vice governor of Henan Provincial People’s Government, and Zhang Feng, member of the Party Group and chief engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, attended the conference and delivered speeches.

河南省副省长刘伟，工业和信息化部党组成员、总工程师张峰出席大会并致辞。

Liu Wei remarked that, relying on the existing favorable industrial foundation, Henan would actively participate in the new round of scientific and industrial revolution to promote deep integration of Internet, big data and artificial intelligence with social economy; it would speed up the application of digital, networked and intelligent technologies in all sectors to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries; and emerging industries would also be expanded and strengthened to create new ecosystems for digital economy.

刘伟在致辞中说，河南将依托现有良好产业基础，主动融入新一轮科技和产业革命，推动互联网、大数据、人工智能与社会经济深度融合，加快数字化、网络化、智能化技术在各领域的应用，促进传统产业加快转型升级，做大做强新兴产业，加快构建数字经济发展新生态。

According to Zhang Feng, to build a province with strong Internet facility, Henan has further expanded the coverage of optical fiber broadband network in recent years to keep creating favorable environment for Internet development and stimulating its vitality. All these efforts have achieved remarkable results with vast potentials in Henan. He hoped that Henan would continue to optimize industrial policies, consolidate Internet foundation, promote integrated applications, strengthen technology research and development to further boost the innovative development of digital economy.

张峰表示，河南近年来紧紧围绕建设网络强省的目标，不断优化光纤宽带网络覆盖，优化营造互联网发展环境、激发互联网发展活力，成效显著、潜力巨大。希望河南继续优化产业政策，夯实网络基础，推动融合应用，加强技术研发，不断推动数字经济创新发展。

After the opening ceremony, Wu Hequan and Chai Tianyou, academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Xu Xiaolan, head of China Academy of Industrial Internet, and Si Xueming, director of Block Chain Committee of Chinese Computer Society, delivered keynote speeches. This year’s list of Top 10 Internet Companies in Henan was also released at the conference.

开幕式后，中国工程院院士邬贺铨、柴天佑以及中国工业互联网研究院院长徐晓兰、中国计算机学会区块链专委会主任斯雪明等专家学者作了主题报告。大会发布了2019年河南省互联网十强企业。（记者陈辉 编译赵汉青 审校刘红强）
