Henan’s Educational Expenditure Exceeds 240 Billion Yuan Last Year
去年河南省教育经费总投入超2400亿元
The Annual Report on Henan’s Educational Expenditure Survey 2018 was jointly released by Henan Provincial Department of Education, Provincial Bureau of Statistics, and Provincial Department of Finance on December 11.
12月11日，河南省教育厅、省统计局、省财政厅联合发布了2018年全省教育经费执行情况统计公告。
Last year, total educational expenditure of Henan’s various local governments reached 242.935 billion yuan, up by 12.75 percent compared to 215.467 billion yuan in 2017. Furthermore, the state financial educational funds (mainly including that from the general public budget and the government-managed fund budget, school-running funds allocated by the state-owned and state-holding enterprises, the partial revenue of school-run industries and public service) was 190.219 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.86 percent from 168.543 billion yuan.
去年，全省地方教育经费总投入为2429.35亿元，比上年的2154.67亿元增长12.75%。其中，国家财政性教育经费（主要包括一般公共预算安排的教育经费、政府性基金预算安排的教育经费、国有及国有控股企业办学中的企业拨款、校办产业和社会服务收入用于教育的经费等）为1902.19亿元，比上年的1685.43亿元增长12.86%。
In 2018, the educational funds from the provincial general public budget (including those for educational undertaking, infrastructure projects and educational surcharges) saw a year-on-year growth of 12.46 percent to 162.102 billion yuan, and accounted for 17.59 percent of the total general public budget expenditure of 921.773 billion yuan, a rise of 0.05 percentage compared to 17.54 percent in 2017.
2018年，全省一般公共预算安排的教育经费（包括教育事业费、基建经费和教育费附加）为1621.02亿元，比上年增长12.46%；占一般公共预算支出9217.73亿元的比例为17.59%，比上年的17.54%提高了0.05个百分点。（记者周晓荷 编译赵汉青 审校丁岚）
