《河南工业发展报告蓝皮书（2020）》发布 新兴产业培育空间巨大

On January 14, the Seminar on Annual Report on Industrial Development of Henan (2020) Publication and Intelligent Manufacturing was held by Henan Academy of Social Sciences in Zhengzhou. The Blue book comprehensively analyzes the overall situation and main characteristics of Henan’s industrial production operation in 2019, forecasts its development trend in 2020, and puts forward the suggestions and solutions on the situation and existing problems for achieving high-quality growth.

1月14日，由河南省社会科学院组织召开的《河南工业发展报告蓝皮书（2020）》出版暨智能制造研讨会在郑州举行。蓝皮书全面分析了2019年河南工业经济运行的总体态势和主要特点，对2020年河南工业经济发展趋势进行了展望，并针对河南工业高质量发展面临的形势、存在的问题等，提出了思路及对策。

The highlights of Henan’s industrial operation in 2019 are frequently mentioned in the Report. For example, the added value of emerging industries increased at an impressive pace; its industrial profit ranked first among 5 major industrial provinces and 6 central China’s provinces; its export volume still sit tenth in China and topped the other 5 central provinces. Focusing on high-quality manufacturing promotion by the supply-side structural reform, Henan kept fostering intelligent restructuring, green development and enterprises’ technical renovations to achieve stable industrial growth. It proved that the strategy could produce advanced industrial operation coping with change and better performance of main economic indicators than expected.

新兴产业增加值增速喜人，工业利润在5个工业大省、中部6省中均名列第一，出口规模继续稳居全国第10位、中部6省第1位……2019年河南省工业经济发展的亮点在蓝皮书中频频闪现。河南持续把推动制造业高质量发展作为促进工业稳定增长的重要抓手，以制造业供给侧结构性改革为主线，继续推进智能化改造、绿色化改造和企业技术改造，以稳应变、以进促升，工业经济运行稳中有进，主要经济指标好于预期。

The Blue Book showed that there is a vast potential to renovate traditional industries and cultivate emerging ones, and a broad prospect for high-quality manufacturing development. It is expected that in 2020, the industrial production operation of Henan will continue to maintain good, featuring “slight fluctuation of growth rate, consistent structural optimization, accelerated industrial upgrading and enhanced development quality.”

蓝皮书指出，河南传统产业改造和新兴产业培育空间巨大，制造业高质量发展前景广阔。预计2020年，全省工业经济发展将继续保持“增速小幅波动，结构继续优化，产业升级提速，发展质量提升”的良好趋势。

How to promote its high-quality industrial development? The Report suggests that more attention should be paid to brand depth in addition to its industrial level, research platform as an important carrier to gather innovative talents and back manufacturing innovation, and a series of competitive industries cultivated with craftsmanship spirit in some fields which can keep up with the changing market and innovated technology.

如何推进河南工业高质量发展？蓝皮书认为，河南不仅要关注产业的高度，更要关注产品的深度，把产品开发平台作为集聚创新人才、支撑制造业创新的重要载体，培育一批在细分领域能够紧跟需求变化和技术前沿、持续推出迭代产品、用工匠精神做好一个产品系列的优势产业。（记者周青莎 编译赵汉青 审校丁岚）
