To effectively fight against the epidemic, protect people’s livelihood and promote social and economic development, the Exit-Entry Administration Division of Zhengzhou Public Security Bureau introduced six measures to help enterprises’ production resumption and higher-education institutions’ recruitment of international students, police sources said on February 25.

开辟绿色通道

Foreign employees and international students in Zhengzhou can enjoy the priority for a relevant permit application by a green channel with their appointment in advance.

为企业外籍员工、高校留学生等集中办证单位开辟办证绿色通道，优先预约办理。

Immediate Approval for Relevant Permit Application

加急办理证件

Foreigners in urgent need of relevant permits due to the epidemic can get the immediate acceptation and approval for their application, while those who lost their passport can get the approval for their application for a Certificate of Loss at present.

为因疫情原因需加急办证的外国人，及时提供受理、制（发）证便利；为在郑丢失外国护照申办报失证明的，当即办结。
