河南“单一窗口”护航稳外贸 前4个月完成跨境电商货值同比增长1.5倍

News from Henan E-port Co., Ltd on May 7 -- China (Henan) International Trade “Single Window” completed 32.29 million (a year-on-year increase of 161%) cross-border e-commerce orders worth of 3 billion yuan (up 150%) from January to April this year, becoming a highlight of Henan’s international trade.

5月7日，记者从河南电子口岸公司获悉，1至4月，中国（河南）国际贸易“单一窗口”完成跨境电商进出口3229万单、货值30亿元，同比分别增长161%、150%，成为我省对外贸易的一大亮点。

Given the gloomy trade outlook affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, why did Henan make substantial growth in cross-border e-commerce?

在国际贸易形势并不明朗的大背景下，河南“单一窗口”跨境电商指标为何能大幅增长？

Cheng Huiwen, general manager of Henan E-port Co., Ltd, remarked frankly, “We make customs clearance including cargo declaration, refunding export taxes, tax payment and permit application accessed via one website and processed by zero-touch service as much as possible; enhance featured service such as international settlements, credit insurance and financing assurance with the support of financial institutions; and provide an information platform to further promote the construction of the ‘Four Silk Roads’ to ensure normal operation of chartered air freighters and China-Europe freight train (Zhengzhou) during the pandemic.”

河南电子口岸公司总经理程会文回答得很干脆：最大限度推行“零接触”“不见面”服务，企业货物申报、出口退税、税费支付、资证办理等各类政务通关业务“一网通办”；联合金融机构提升国际结算、信用保险、融资担保等特色服务；助力郑州机场货运包机、中欧班列（郑州）常态化运行，为继续发挥“四路协同”的通道优势提供信息化平台支撑。

At present, the “Single Window” platform can handle 10 million orders per day and realize “zero delay” in goods delivery. In fact, China (Henan) International Trade “Single Window” has guaranteed the steady flights operation of the “Aerial Silk Road” and the growth of Zhengzhou Airport’s cargo volume under the current situation of global economic slowdown.

目前，平台通关承载能力达到了1000万单/天，实现货物即到即提“零延时”。可以说，河南“单一窗口”助力疫情期间“空中丝绸之路”不断航，也为郑州机场业务量逆势增长提供了重要的通关保障。

In addition, with the resumption of work and production of enterprises, reinforcement of traffic capacity and increase of consumption demand, Henan’s cross-border e-commerce industry has begun to recover. All in all, Henan’s “Single Window” platform not only assists with the development of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, but also ensures smooth development of the e-silkroad.
