Henan’s Cross-border E-commerce on the Fast Track to “Sell Globally”

河南跨境电商“卖全球”驶入“快车道”

 

By launching the “Online Silk Road”, Henan is opening wider to the world and is moving forward with its goal of “Buying Globally and Selling Globally”.

开辟“网上丝绸之路”，河南叩开了“买卖全球”的大门。如今，这扇“大门”越开越大。

“In the first half of the year, the import and export value of cross-border e-commerce in the industrial park reached 5.20452 billion yuan with a year-on-year increase of 6.55 percent, over 80 percent of which was contributed by export business with a year-on-year increase of 265.80 percent.” On July 9, Xu Ping, president of Henan Bonded Logistics Center, said with emotion that with years of efforts, Henan had made great progress in realizing its goal of “Selling Globally”.

“今年上半年，园区跨境电商进出口交易额达52.0452亿元，同比增长6.55%，其中出口业务占交易额的八成多，同比增长265.80%。”7月9日，河南保税物流中心总裁徐平感慨地说，经过多年发展，河南跨境电商“卖全球”取得了重大进展。

 

“As a national pilot city of e-commerce services in cross-border trade, core area of China (Zhengzhou) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, and birthplace of customs supervision code ‘1210’, Henan Bonded Logistics Center has led the import trend under the ‘1210’ supervision mode in the past, and now focuses more on model innovation in ‘Selling Globally’ and service innovation in importing featured products to boost stable foreign trade and industrial and supply chains, and make more contributions to Henan’s opening-up,” said Xu Ping.

“作为全国首批跨境贸易电子商务服务试点、郑州跨境电商综试区核心区、跨境电商‘1210’监管服务模式诞生地，河南保税物流中心在引领‘1210’进口潮流之后，更加专注‘卖全球’领域的模式创新和特色进口领域的服务创新，推动稳外贸、保产业链供应链稳定，持续擦亮对外开放‘河南名片’。”徐平说。

From January to June, COVID-19 has posed an unprecedented challenge to export-oriented economy in the world. Under this circumstance, international transportation and overseas terminal delivery were almost blocked and overseas customs were not running as usual as well. But, relying on the “Online Silk Road” and its supply chains, Henan Bonded Logistics Center, as a hub for international trade, has solved the bottleneck problem of international logistics and made the logistics channel more smooth to assist global anti-epidemic war and enhance high-quality development of export-oriented economy.

今年上半年，新冠肺炎疫情的蔓延给全球外向型经济发展带来了前所未有的严峻考验，其中国际运输和境外终端派送几乎阻断、境外关务不畅。但河南保税物流中心这个贸易“中转站”，依靠“网上丝绸之路”互联互通优势及平台供应链资源，破解国际物流瓶颈，畅通“卖全球”物流通道，助力全球抗疫和河南外向型经济高质量发展。

 

At present, the chartered flight operated by EHL International Logistics Services Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Henan Bonded Logistics Center, has linked Zhengzhou, a central Chinese city, with Liege of Belgium, New York and Los Angeles of America via three air routes. By June 30, 125 air freight missions have been conducted to transport more than 10,000 tons of cargo to over 30 European countries with a total export-import volume of about 2.6 billion yuan, which have saved over 100 million yuan of logistics costs for nearly 350 cross-border e-commerce enterprises and maintained a growth momentum for cross-border e-commerce export services even during the pandemic.

目前，由河南保税集团子公司中大门国际物流服务有限公司运营的跨境电商包机，已先后开通郑州—列日、郑州—纽约、郑州—洛杉矶三条国际专线，且以成本价格服务跨境出口企业。截至6月30日，已累计飞行125个班次，货物运输量1万多吨，进出口额近26亿元，产品覆盖欧美30余国，为近350家跨境电商企业节约物流运费近亿元，带动河南跨境电商出口实现逆势增长。（中文来源/河南日报 编译/赵汉青 审校/白玉杰）
