Henan’s ‘Aerial Silk Road’ Appears at the 2020 CIFTIS

郑卢“空中丝路”亮相服贸会

 

On September 8, the Second “Aerial Silk Road” International Forum, the only aviation forum at the 2020 China International Fair for Trade in Services (2020 CIFTIS), kicked off in Beijing.

9月8日，2020年中国国际服务贸易交易会上唯一的航空类论坛——第二届“空中丝绸之路”国际合作峰会在北京开幕。

Under the background of the normal status of epidemic prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the “dual circulation” development pattern which means that domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while international economic cycle remains its extension and supplement, the forum focused on a series of current hot topics, such as the active response and high-quality development of aviation industry and airport economy. 45 experts respectively from the Luxembourg Embassy in China, the International Civil Aviation Organization and the National Development and Reform Commission discussed in depth the achievements and experience of the “Aerial Silk Road” construction between Zhengzhou and Luxembourg.

此次峰会聚焦在防疫常态化和促进“双循环”格局背景下，航空产业和临空经济的积极应对与高质量发展等多个热点话题，来自卢森堡驻华使馆、国际民航组织、国家发改委等的45位政商学研专家深入探讨郑州—卢森堡“空中丝绸之路”的建设成果和实践经验。

 

At the forum, Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Co., Ltd signed cooperation agreements respectively with China Aviation Industry General Aircraft Co., Ltd, Simaero Holding Co., Ltd, China Certification & Inspection Group and JD Group for bilateral exchanges and cooperation in different types of services such as air transport, freight logistics, and customs declaration and inspection.

在成果发布环节，河南民航发展投资有限公司分别与中航通用飞机有限责任公司、法国Simaero控股公司、中国检验认证（集团）有限公司、京东集团签署战略合作协议，项目涵盖了航空运输、货代物流、通关检验等不同服务业类型。

Transport service plays a crucial role in urging the exchanges between domestic and international economy. Zhao Lei, a professor at the Institute of International Strategy, Party School of the Central Committee, remarked, “The ‘Aerial Silk Road’ between Zhengzhou and Luxembourg, regarded as ‘Henan’s typical project’, driving high-quality development of local economy by civil aviation industry, conforms to the national current situation of ensuring stable industrial and supply chains, which is bound to be given full play in future’s ‘dual circulation’ growth model.”

增强国内国际经济联动效应，离不开运输服务业的保障。中央党校国际战略研究院教授赵磊表示：“作为民航支撑引领地方经济高质量发展的‘河南样板’，郑卢‘空中丝绸之路’的探索符合当前保产业链供应链稳定的发展大势，期待未来能在国内国际双循环发展新格局中大有作为。”

 

At the forum, the book High-quality Development of the “Belt and Road” Initiative -- Vibrant Practice of the “Aerial Silk Road” in Henan Province was launched, recording Henan’s active participation in the Belt and Road Initiative, in order to build the “Aerial Silk Road” that not only benefits the air transport of all countries in the world, but also promotes the development of economy, trade and culture, to demonstrate the province’s progress achieved on its way to build an inland opening-up highland and foster an excellent image of Central Plain.

峰会上，《“一带一路”高质量发展——河南“空中丝绸之路”的生动实践》一书正式发布，该书全方位记录了河南主动融入“一带一路”建设，向天寻路，架起一条互利各国交通运输、聚合经贸文化发展的“空中丝绸之路”，真实展现出河南打造内陆开放新高地、实现中原更加出彩的新局面。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/焦丹）
