Dahe Village National Archaeological Site Park Approved for Construction to Display the Prehistoric Farming Culture of the Yellow River Basin
打造大河村国家考古遗址公园 展示史前黄河流域农耕文化
News from Zhengzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission on November 2 -- Preliminary landscape design for Dahe Village National Archaeological Site Park has been approved with a total investment of 855.81 million yuan.
11月2日，记者从郑州市发展和改革委员会获悉，大河村国家考古遗址公园项目景观工程初步设计已获批复，概算总投资85581万元。
The landscape design is to simulate the geographical environment of Dahe Village in prehistoric times with original landform, water system, and prehistoric and ancient crops unearthed from Dahe Village to display the prehistoric farming culture of the Yellow River basin and create an atmosphere of Dahe Village at that time. As a key project for Zhengzhou to implement the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin and to build a new landmark featured by the Yellow River culture, Dahe Village National Archaeological Site Park will be perfected with other supporting projects in the future, such as the construction of Dahe Village Archaeological Site Museum.
据了解，大河村国家考古遗址公园项目景观工程，将以大片原始地貌水系模拟展示史前时期大河村所处地域环境，种植大河村出土史前作物及历史作物，展示史前黄河流域农耕文化，营造大河村遗址历史景观氛围。作为郑州落实黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展国家战略、建设黄河文化主地标城市的重点项目，大河村国家考古遗址公园项目后续还将实施遗址博物馆等工程。
Located in Northeast Zhengzhou, Dahe Village, dating back to 4,780 BC to 1,480 BC and covering an area of more than 400,000 square meters, is a large site of ancient settlement with four archaeological cultures, namely the Yangshao Culture, the Longshan Culture and the Xia and Shang dynasties. At the site of Dahe Village, China’s best-preserved housing construction site of the same period was unearthed.
大河村遗址位于郑州市东北部，是一处包含有仰韶文化、龙山文化及夏、商四种考古学文化的大型古代聚落遗址，距今6800年至3500年，面积逾40万平方米。大河村遗址出土了目前国内同时期保存最为完好的房屋建筑基址。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/张玉红）
