35 Key Laboratories at the Provincial Level Newly-established in Henan

Henan's key laboratories at the provincial level have totaled 240 so far, including 35 newly-built ones, which have further enhanced the scientific and technological strength of the province's high-level innovation platforms, said Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology on November 16.
11月16日，记者从省科技厅获悉，我省新建35家省级重点实验室，总数达到240家，进一步提升了我省高能级创新平台的科技实力。
According to Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, this year, Henan has established two kinds of provincial-level laboratories: one is for crucial disciplines and the other is for enterprises. The 35 newly-built laboratories, including 23 for crucial disciplines 12 for enterprises, are characterized by strong innovation abilities and remarkable research achievements. They have laid a solid foundation for Henan to integrate and optimize its sci-tech innovation resources and strive to build the national-level innovation platforms.
据省科技厅相关负责人介绍，今年，我省首次组织实施了学科类重点实验室和企业类重点实验室分类建设。此次新建的35家省级重点实验室中，有学科类重点实验室23家，企业类重点实验室12家，普遍创新能力强、研究成果显著，为我省整合优化科技创新资源，争创国家级创新平台奠定了坚实基础，增添了后备力量。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/张玉红）
