In a complex and severe external environment with the COVID-19 pandemic, what became of the yearly income of the residents in Henan Province in 2020? According to the data released by the Survey Office of the National Bureau of Statistics in Henan on January 25, last year, the per capita disposable income of residents in Henan reported a year-on-year increase of 907 yuan to 24,810 yuan, while the per capita consumption expenditure experienced a year-on-year decrease of 1.2 percent (189 yuan) to 16,143 yuan, 2.2 percentage points narrower than the first three quarters.
面对严峻复杂的外部环境特别是疫情冲击，2020年河南居民收入怎么样？1月25日，国家统计局河南调查总队发布数据：全省居民人均可支配收入为24810元，比2019年增加907元；全省居民人均消费支出16143元，比2019年减少189元，下降1.2%，降幅较前三季度收窄2.2个百分点。
The residents' yearly income was mainly from their salaries, net revenues from operations, properties and transfer of properties, of which salary income was the main engine driving the overall growth. In 2020, the per capita salary income of residents in Henan saw a year-on-year increase of 477 yuan to 12,440 yuan, accounting for 50.1 percent of the total per capita disposable income and contributing 52.6 percent to its growth.
全省居民收入来源主要有四项，包括工资性收入、经营净收入、财产净收入和转移净收入，其中工资性收入是居民收入增长的主要支撑。2020年全省居民人均工资性收入为12440元，比2019年增加477元，占可支配收入的比重为50.1%，对可支配收入增长的贡献率为52.6%。
Last year, the Party committees and governments at all levels in Henan attached great importance to employment, top priority of "Six Safeguards and Six Priorities", and carried out a series of policies to boost employment. As a result, a total of 1,225.9 thousand new jobs were created in Henan's urban areas, which accomplished 111.45 percent of the annual target. At the same time, the People's Government of Henan Province not only actively promoted the development of vocational education and the training of skilled personnel to ensure that workers have necessary skills and easy access to decent jobs, but also continued to comprehensively tackle the problem of and curb the attempts at delaying paying migrant workers' salaries, thus realizing many-sided measure-implementations to ensure salary increases.
据了解，过去一年里，河南省各级党委、政府高度重视作为“六稳”“六保”之首的就业工作，先后出台一系列推动就业优先政策，全省城镇新增就业122.59万人，完成年度目标任务的111.45%。与此同时，省政府积极推动职业技能培训和技能人才队伍建设，让劳动者有技能并且“就好业”，继续全面治理和有效遏制拖欠农民工工资问题，多措并举确保居民工资性收入实现增长。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/张军平）
