On the afternoon of March 31, the Information Office of the People's Government of Henan Province held a news briefing to introduce the general arrangements for the 39th China Luoyang Peony Cultural Festival to the public and answer questions from journalists.

This year, a series of peony-appreciating activities will be held both online and offline. From April 10 to 11, Luoyang will launch a 24-hour online peony-appreciating live event and try to make a comprehensive and vivid presentation in peony industry, special cuisines and profound history for tourists at home and abroad.

本届牡丹文化节采用线上线下相结合的方式，设置了一系列国色天香、赏花旅游活动。在4月10日至11日，采取“网络直播+电视直播+网络互动”的模式，开启“云赏牡丹、花开满屏”－24小时大型线上直播活动，以花城洛阳、书香洛阳、味道洛阳、厚重洛阳等为主题，全景式展示绚丽的国色天香、厚重的历史文化、优美的自然山水，让国内外游客沉浸式体验“古今辉映、诗和远方”的城市魅力，方寸之间尽享美景，足不出户饱览春光。

More than 20 large-scale peony parks in Luoyang have arranged a series of activities, such as folk performance, flower appreciating, lantern show, float parade, etc., to welcome friends at home and abroad.

全市20多个大型牡丹观赏园筹划了文化展演、赏花游园、牡丹灯会、花车巡游等一系列活动，喜迎海内外宾朋。

It is reported that hosted by the People's Government of Henan Province and jointly undertaken by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Henan Province and Luoyng Municipal People's Government, the festival will remain open from April 1 to May 10.
