Henan's Enterprises See Continuous Recovery in First 2 Months with Significantly Increased Profit
前两个月全省企业总体运行持续恢复向好 企业利润大幅增长
With the economy recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, the overall performance of enterprises in Henan in January and February has shown a trend of continuous recovery with significantly increased revenue and profit and continuously improved debt repayment capacity, according to the Department of Finance of Henan Province on April 6.
4月6日，记者从省财政厅获悉，随着经济稳定恢复，今年前两个月我省企业总体运行呈现持续恢复向好态势，收入利润大幅增长，偿债能力持续提升。
Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the revenue and profit of enterprises in Henan during the same period in 2020 were low. Driven by steady economic recovery, the overall performance of enterprises in Henan has shown a trend of continuous recovery with significantly increased revenue and profit. From January to February, Henan's enterprises have witnessed an increase of 8.7 percent year-on-year to 6,129.35 billion yuan in terms of total assets; 49 percent year-on-year to 525.54 billion yuan in terms of gross revenue; 127.7 percent year-on-year to 23.86 billion yuan in terms of total profit; 24.8 percent year-on-year to 33.59 billion yuan in terms of tax payable; and 3.3 percent year-on-year to 33.78 billion yuan in terms of paying tax.
受2020年同期因疫情导致基数较低影响，叠加经济稳步复苏带动，我省企业总体运行呈持续恢复向好态势，企业收入、利润大幅增长。1月至2月，全省企业资产总额61293.5亿元，同比增长8.7%；营业总收入5255.4亿元，同比增长49%；利润总额238.6亿元，同比增长127.7%；应交税金335.9亿元，同比增长24.8%；已交税金337.8亿元，同比增长3.3%。
Enterprise assets have increased steadily with continuously improved debt repayment capacity. By the end of February, enterprise assets have witnessed a year-on-year increase of 8.7 percent, with a 0.3-percentage-point decrease in asset-liability ratio, which has decreased for 25 consecutive months. Among them, the asset-liability ratio of state-owned enterprises has dropped 1 percentage point year-on-year, while that of industrial enterprises 0.1 percentage point.
企业资产稳步增长，偿债能力持续提升。2月末，企业资产同比增长8.7%，资产负债率同比下降0.3个百分点，连续25个月同比下降。其中，国有企业资产负债率同比下降1个百分点。工业企业资产负债率同比下降0.1个百分点。
Industrial enterprises have embraced a development trend. By the end of February, Henan's industrial enterprises have witnessed an increase of 54 percent year-on-year to 425.28 billion yuan in terms of gross revenue, accounting for 80.9 percent of the provincial total; 210 percent year-on-year to 15.53 billion yuan in terms of profit, accounting for 65.1 percent of the provincial total; and 43.1 percent year-on-year to 4.95 billion yuan in terms of R&D spending.
工业企业发展势头良好。1月至2月，全省工业企业收入4252.8亿元，占比80.9%，同比增长54%；利润155.3亿元，占比65.1%，同比增长2.1倍。研发费用持续增长。1月至2月，全省快报企业研发费用49.5亿元，同比增长43.1%。
As for the revenue and profit indicators of industrial enterprises, Henan's competitive industries and traditional ones have experienced the fastest growth rate, growing faster than the overall industrial sector. The five competitive industries in Henan, such as equipment manufacturing, food manufacturing, electronic information, automobile manufacturing and new materials, have witnessed an increase of 100 percent year-on-year in terms of gross revenue, accounting for 43.6 percent of that of the industrial sector; and 240 percent year-on-year in terms of profit, accounting for 35.5 percent of that of the industrial sector. The five traditional industries in Henan, such as iron and steel, non-ferrous metals, chemical industry, building materials and light textile, have witnessed an increase of 64.6 percent year-on-year in terms of gross revenue, accounting for 27.7 percent of that of the industrial sector; and 810 percent year-on-year in terms of profit, accounting for 32.8 percent of that of the industrial sector.
工业企业营收利润指标方面，优势产业、传统产业领涨，增速高于工业行业增速。我省装备制造、食品制造、电子信息、汽车制造和新材料等五大优势产业收入占工业行业的比重为43.6%，同比增长1倍，利润占比35.5%，同比增长2.4倍。钢铁、有色、化工、建材、轻纺等五大传统产业收入占比27.7%，同比增长64.6%，利润占比32.8%，同比增长8.1倍。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/焦丹）
