Henan Releases Annual Economic and Social Development Plan

Recently, the People's Government of Henan Province released its main targets and tasks in Henan's Economic and Social Development Plan for 2021.
近日，河南省政府印发《河南省2021年国民经济和社会发展计划》。
According to the Plan, the main targets are as follows: GDP grows by more than 7 percent, added value of the industrial enterprises above the designated size by around 7 percent, fixed-asset investment by 6 percent, retail sales of consumer goods by 9 percent, CPI by around 3 percent, general public budget revenue by 5 percent, permanent urban residency by around 1.3 percentage points, and new jobs created in urban areas by 1.10 million, with the steady growth of personal income and total foreign trade value. Besides, energy consumption per 10 thousand yuan worth of GDP decreases by around 3 percent, surveyed urban unemployment rate keeps at around 5.5 percent, and grain output remains at over 130 billion jin (1 jin equals to 0.5 kg).
《计划》明确，2021年经济社会发展主要预期目标是：生产总值增长7%以上，规模以上工业增加值增长7%左右，固定资产投资增长6%，社会消费品零售总额增长9%，居民消费价格涨幅控制在3%左右，一般公共预算收入增长5%，居民收入稳步增长，常住人口城镇化率提高1.3个百分点左右，万元生产总值能耗降低3%左右，进出口总值稳定增长，城镇新增就业110万人，城镇调查失业率控制在5.5%左右，粮食产量保持在1300亿斤以上。（中文来源/河南政府网 翻译/赵汉青 审校/陈行洁）
