13种药零关税 河南跨境电商零售进口药试点正式获批

According to the 5th Global Cross-border E-commerce Conference on May 10, a 3-year pilot program has been approved to include pharmaceuticals in Henan's cross-border e-commerce retail imports list.

5月10日，记者从第五届全球跨境电子商务大会上获悉，河南省开展跨境电子商务零售进口药品试点正式获批，试点期为自批复之日起三年。

On May 8, the State Council granted a 3-year pilot program in Henan, authorizing the province to import 13 kinds of non-prescription pharmaceuticals that have been licensed for marketing via cross-border e-commerce. Drugs included in the cross-border e-commerce retail imports list will enjoy zero tariffs within a set quota for single and annual transaction(s) and have their import VAT and consumer tax collected at 70 percent of the statutory taxable amount.

据了解，5月8日，国务院同意在河南省开展跨境电子商务零售进口药品试点，试点期为自批复之日起三年，试点品种为已取得我国境内上市许可的13种非处方药。通关时，在跨境电商零售进口商品单次、年度交易限值内，关税税率暂时设为0%，进口环节增值税、消费税暂按法定应纳税额的70%征收。（中文来源/大河网 翻译/赵汉青 审校/张玉红）
