“郑州—美国”临时包机邮路紧急开启 保障全国重点口岸美向国际邮件快速出境

 

On June 6, loaded with 6,830 bags of international mails and packages, a temporary chartered Boeing 747 cargo plane departed from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport for New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport, ensuring a rapid delivery of them from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen via Zhengzhou to America.

6月6日零时，一架满载6830袋国际邮件的波音747“巨无霸”临时包机，从郑州新郑国际机场起航，飞往美国纽约肯尼迪国际机场，保障北上广深美向国际邮件经转郑州口岸快速出境。

The global COVID-19 pandemic has negatively influenced the world's air freight capacity. The "Zhengzhou-America" chartered plane carrying international mails and  packages is a temporary measure implemented by China Post Group to ease the pressure of the major ports across China, which is also a test for the collection and distribution functions of Zhengzhou as a postal service hub.

据介绍，此次“郑州—美国”临时包机运邮，是中国邮政集团在全球疫情持续蔓延影响下，针对国际邮件航空运能短缺的实际情况，为缓解国际邮件在重点口岸发运困难的一次临时调度，也是对郑州邮政枢纽口岸集疏能力的一次重要考验。

 

According to the requirements of China Post Group, Henan branch purchased 5 temporary chartered planes within 2 weeks, completing the mission of transporting the America-bound packages from  China's major ports on time. It is estimated that about 400 tons will have been delivered by the end of June.

接到中国邮政集团紧急调令后，河南邮政分公司第一时间启动紧急采购程序，抽调精干力量组成临时工作组，按照采购要求，两周内完成5架临时包机采购流程，确保按期完成全国重点口岸美向邮件发运任务。按照现有运能，本次调度将于6月底前完成约400吨发运量。

 

The smooth operation of the temporary chartered flight linking Zhengzhou with America is benefited from the advantage of "Aerial Silk Road" to which the five continents around the world connects, and Zhengzhou's convenient customs clearance.

Zhengzhou has impressed the world again along with the other top 4 Chinese cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.

In 2020 with COVID-19 reaching its peak, the international cargo volume of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhengzhou accounted for 90 percent of China's total, which highlighted Zhengzhou's position and influence as an airport and a postal service hub in international freight.

2020年国内疫情防控最吃紧时，北京、上海、广州、深圳、郑州五大机场的国际货运量占全国国际货运量的90%，凸显了郑州机场和郑州邮政航空枢纽口岸在国际货运上的地位和影响力。

 

In recent years, Henan's hub and port economies have developed rapidly. By the end of 2020, Zhengzhou Airport has maintained its leading position concerning both the passenger and freight scale in Central China for 4 consecutive years, with the international cargo volume and the number of all-cargo flights jumping to the 5th place nationally. Besides, the imports and exports at Zhengzhou's postal port have exceeded 20 thousand tons, up 54 percent year-on-year, with its business scale upgrading to the 4th place in China.

近年来，河南枢纽经济和口岸经济发展迅猛。2020年，郑州机场客货运规模连续4年保持中部地区“双第一”，国际地区货运量和全货机航班量跃升至全国第5位；郑州邮政枢纽口岸整体进出口业务量突破2万吨，同比增长54%，业务规模提升至全国第4位。

 

The temporary "Zhengzhou-America" chartered plane shows that Henan is accelerating its transformation from an inland province to a highland of open economy.
