党史学习教育飘出粮食味儿
大学生“回炉蹭课”？这在河南工业大学不算新鲜事儿。

“中国的农业税取消了，全面取消农业税意味着什么，意味着中国人交了几千年的‘皇粮’从此成为历史……”讲到激动时，丁老师的声音有些颤抖，但却掷地有声，伴随着丰富的手势动作，汗水顺着脸颊流了下来。这是丁建波党史课堂上的一幕。
"China's agricultural tax has been rescinded for years, which means that the age-old system of 'handing in compulsory grain to the state' has become a history," Mr. Ding Jianbo remarked excitedly in a trembling voice in his Party history class.
“丁老师讲课不仅激情满满、旁征博引，还会有针对性的结合党史中的青年奋斗故事，引导我们了解在这个年龄段的人应该做什么。”经济贸易学院2020届研究生胡瑞是老“丁粉”，经常加入到“回炉蹭课”行列。
"Mr. Ding is always passionate and knowledgeable in teaching, and he always tells us what we should do at this age with the brilliant stories of the youth in the Party history," said Hu Rui, who is not only a graduate student graduated from the College of Economics and Trade in 2020, but also likes Mr. Ding's class and always "audit his class" after graduation.
丁建波，河南工业大学马克思主义学院教师、博士、副教授。如何不断创新教学形式，扩大学党史学生受众，是开展党史学教育以来丁建波一直在思考的问题。
Mr. Ding, an associate professor with a doctorate degree at the College of Marxism, Henan University of Technology (HAUT), has been exploring on how to innovate teaching methods to stimulate more students' learning enthusiasm since the commencement of the campaign on Party history learning and education.
丁建波老师的《老丁讲党史》系列党史微课，围绕中国共产党如何解决人民温饱问题、从取消公粮到种粮发钱的历史性转变、土地革命等为主题，创新的把粮食文化搬到课堂中来，让他的党史微课收获了学生喜爱和网上点击量双丰收。
Mr. Ding's Party history-themed micro-lectures focus on the following topics, how the people's basic needs are met under the Communist Party of China (CPC), the historical conversion from the abolition of agricultural tax to the subsidies for farmers, and the Agrarian Revolution, etc. Mr. Ding has creatively integrated the grain culture into his class, which has made his online micro-lectures on Party history more interesting and popular among the students.
“学无定法，贵在得法，只要学生喜欢，什么样的授课形式我都愿意去尝试，尤其是短视频，可以让学生有效利用碎片化时间进行学习。”丁建波说。
"There is no definite way to learn, but the key is to find a way that works for you. As long as the students are fond of learning, I am willing to try any kinds of teaching methods, especially short videos, to help students to learn effectively in their pockets of time," said Mr. Ding.

5月18日，河南工业大学图书馆北广场上人头攒动，前来参观的师生被一张张泛黄的文件、票证和古老的农耕、粮食加工器具所吸引，不断询问交流，啧啧称奇。在第45个国际博物馆日，河南工业大学开展建党百年《5·18红色粮政专题展》，展出中国粮食博物馆馆藏的2000余件红色粮政展品，包含党在不同历史时期的粮食相关政策和发行的票证。
On May 18, the north square of the HAUT's library was so crowded, not as usual as before. Teachers and students were attracted by those old-fashioned documents, tickets, ancient agricultural instruments and grain processing tools, talking with interest. On the 45th International Museum Day, the HAUT launched a special exhibition on China's grain policies at different times on May 18th to celebrate the centenary of the founding of the CPC. Over 2,000 items from the Grain Museum of China were exhibited on that day, including the Party's grain-related policies and tickets issued in different periods.

中国粮食博物馆是国家粮食局和河南省政府共建，河南工业大学承建的国家级行业博物馆，博物馆收集了各种粮食文化资料40余万件，在中国粮食文化遗产保护方面具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
Jointly founded by the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration and the People's Government of Henan Province, the Grain Museum of China is a national professional museum undertaken by the HAUT. The museum has collected more than 400,000 pieces of various documents related to the grain culture, boosting an important theoretical value and practical significance in the protection of China's grain cultural heritage.

粮油食品是河南工业大学传统优势学科。结合党的历史上不同时期的重大事件和粮食政策，学校录制了“粮食流通体制改革——粮票的故事”“让中国人饭碗里多盛河南粮——河南乡村振兴的精彩乐章”“艾奇逊希望的落空——党在建国初期稳定粮价的故事”等十二期“中国粮心党史故事”思政课视频。学校通过课堂、电子屏、人民日报阅报栏、新媒体推送等多种方式展播“中国粮心党史故事”，持续深化党史学习教育。
Grain, oil and food is a traditionally characteristic superiority discipline of the HAUT. Considering the major events and grain policies made by the CPC, HAUT recorded 12 videos of ideological and political courses, such as "grain circulation system reform - the story of grain stamps" "providing Chinese people with more Henan grains - a movement of rural revitalization in Henan" "Acheson's dashed hope - the story of stabilizing grain prices in the early period of the founding of the People's Republic of China". "The CPC Stories on Grain" are told in the classroom, by electronic screen, through People's Daily newspaper reading column and new media to deepen the learning and education of the CPC history continuously.
创建服务于粮食行业科技进步平台的想法，是河南工业大学由来已久的心愿。打造全球粮食科技创新高地——“中国粮谷”的构想，提出于2018年4月。建设“中国粮谷”是落实“藏粮于地、藏粮于技”战略和国家粮食安全战略的重要举措，也是河南工业大学推动党史学习教育落地见效的重要课题。
Building a platform for scientific and technological progress in the grain industry is the long-standing blueprint of HAUT and the concept of creating a global science and technology innovation base for grain called "China Grain" was proposed in April 2018. The construction of "China Grain" is a pivotal measurement to implement the policy of "Storing Grain on Land and Technology" and the national grain security policy. Besides, it is also the key course of the CPC history learning and education campaign at university.

The HAUT was initially named Zhengzhou Grain College, which is the only university featured by grain and equipped with a complete education system of undergraduate, master and Ph.D. The university is in the lead, with the most complete disciplines in grain-related colleges and universities across the world, enjoying a high reputation of "Huangpu Military Academy" in the grain industry at an international forefront level. Since the CPC history learning and education, with the guidance of the characteristics of the grain discipline, the HAUT has explored deeply the CPC history stories in the grain, and in turn explored the grain spirits in the CPC history stories, integrating grain culture into the CPC history learning and education campaign.
