China's New Third Board Set up Base in Henan

河南省再添资本服务平台 新三板河南基地正式揭牌

Henan's capital market ushered in another historic moment. Following the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, also known as the New Third Board, also set up a base in Henan on June 16.

河南资本市场再次迎来重要时刻。继上交所河南基地、深交所河南基地揭牌之后，6月16日，全国中小企业股份转让系统（新三板）河南基地正式揭牌。

Henan, with 271 companies listed on the New Third Board (including 65 on the innovation tier, 204 on the base tier and 2 on the selected tier), ranks 8th in China while 1st in Central China, which has basically formed a sound development pattern.

截至目前，河南共有新三板企业271家，全国排名第八，中部地区排名第一，其中，有创新层企业65家、基础层企业204家、精选层企业2家，初步形成了“头部带动、集聚中间”的良性发展格局。（中文来源/河南日报 翻译/赵汉青 审校/李文竞）
