39 Revolutionary Cultural Relics from Henan Exhibited at CPC Museum

参加中国共产党历史展览 三十九件河南珍贵革命文物进京

 

On June 18, a total of 39 valuable revolutionary relics from Central China's Henan province were displayed at an exhibition on the history of the Communist Party of China (CPC) with the theme of "staying true to our founding mission" at the CPC Museum in Beijing, representing the spirits of Dabie Mountains (a revolutionary base area for CPC forces from the 1920s to the 1940s), Hongqiqu Canal (a man-made miracle for fighting against the serious droughts in Linzhou in the 1960s) and Jiao Yulu (1922-1964, the former Party chief of Lankao county, sacrificed his life on duty of poverty alleviation).

6月18日,来自我省的39件革命文物在北京中国共产党历史展览馆正式展出。此次展览名为“‘不忘初心、牢记使命’中国共产党历史展览”,39件河南珍贵革命文物在该展览上露面,生动地再现了大别山精神、红旗渠精神、焦裕禄精神。

According to Henan Bureau of Cultural Relics, among the 39 items mentioned above are the precious revolutionary documents from Henan Museum, the valuable cultural relics related to the Dabie Mountains from Hubei-Henan-Anhui Revolutionary Memorial Hall and Revolutionary Museum of the Capital of Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area, the revolutionary relics on the Beijing-Hankou Railway Workers' Strike (1922-1923) from the Erqi Memorial Tower in Zhengzhou, the relics related to China's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression from the Memorial Hall of the Eight Route Army Office in Luoyang, the relics on the construction of the Hongqiqu Canal from the Hongqiqu Canal Memorial Hall and those related to Jiao Yulu from the Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall.

记者从省文物局获悉,此次中国共产党历史展览馆从河南借调的39件革命文物,主要有河南博物院收藏的珍贵革命文献资料,鄂豫皖革命纪念馆、鄂豫皖苏区首府革命博物馆等收藏的大别山革命历史时期的珍贵文物,郑州二七纪念馆收藏的二七大罢工时期的革命文物,八路军驻洛办事处纪念馆收藏的抗战时期的革命文物,红旗渠纪念馆收藏的修建红旗渠时期的文物,焦裕禄纪念馆收藏的与焦裕禄同志有关的文物等。

 

The CPC Museum will open to the public in due time after July 1.
