China-Europe Freight Train (Zhengzhou) Opens Italy-bound Route

中欧班列（郑州）意大利线路开通 八年十线路 连通大世界

 

In the first half of 2021, China-Europe freight train (Zhengzhou) totally made 751 trips with a year-on-year increase of 71 percent, said Zhengzhou International Hub Development and Construction Co., Ltd., (ZIH) on July 16. With remarkable progress made in running frequency, full-load rate and cargo value/weight per trip, a total of 4,637 trips have been made by June 30, 2021, since its debut on July 18, 2013.

7月16日，大河网记者从郑州国际陆港开发建设有限公司（简称陆港公司）获悉，2021年上半年，中欧班列（郑州）累计开行751班，同比增长71%。自2013年7月18日首班中欧班列（郑州）开行以来，至2021年6月30日，总累计开行4637班。中欧班列（郑州）在开行频次、满载率、单班货值货重方面明显提升，开行质量达到历史较好水平。

With 8-year efforts, China-Europe freight train (Zhengzhou) has formed a logistics network covering Europe, Russia, Central Asia, ASEAN and Asian-Pacific region (Japan, South Korea, etc.), thus creating an international multi-modal transport system featuring "six ports with ten railway stations".

经过8年的发展，中欧班列（郑州）形成了覆盖欧洲、俄罗斯、中亚、东盟和亚太（日韩等）的物流网络，概括为“六口岸、十站点”，初步形成“连通境内外”国际通道线路。

 

To foster a framework covering China's eastern, central and western regions, Zhengzhou-centered China-Europe rail freight service with 53 container yards takes more than 130 cities (counties) as its second-level collection and distribution centers, including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, covering nearly three quarters of the country with a radius of 1,500 kilometers.

为形成“辐射东中西”网络，境内以郑州为枢纽，以北京、上海、广州等130多个市（县）为二级集疏中心，国内集装箱还箱场站增至53个，辐射半径达1500公里，涵盖近四分之三国土面积。

 

Globally, taking Hamburg and Munich of Germany, Liege of Belgium and Moscow of Russia as the first-level collection and distribution centers while Paris, Prague, Warsaw, Malaszewicze, Brest, etc., the second-level ones, Zhengzhou-centered China-Europe rail freight network with 46 container yards overseas has more than 6,000 economic partners at home and abroad, covering more than 130 cities in over 30 countries across the European Union, Russia and Central Asia.

境外以德国汉堡、慕尼黑，比利时列日，俄罗斯莫斯科为一级枢纽，以巴黎、布拉格、华沙以及沿途换装车站点的马拉舍维奇、布列斯特等为二级集疏中心，国外集装箱还箱场站增至46个，网络遍布欧盟和俄罗斯及中亚地区30多个国家130多个城市的网络，境内外合作伙伴逾6000家。

During the COVID-19 pandemic, China-Europe freight train (Zhengzhou) ran smoothly along the "Land Silk Road", which not only promoted the cross-border flow of goods and services and the resumption of work and production, but boosted the anti-pandemic cooperation between China, Europe and other countries along the route in an effective and efficient way. Given its irreplaceable role in global supply chain restructuring, it was praised as a reliable strategic corridor by the National Development and Reform Commission.

疫情期间，中欧班列（郑州）“陆上丝绸之路”常态化稳定运行促进了国家进出口货物和服务的跨境流动和企业复工复产，有力、高效地促进了中欧及沿线国家的抗疫合作，对全球供应链的重构发挥了不可替代的作用，被国家发改委誉为“国家战略安全通道”。

 

On May 7, 2020, ZIH was listed in the first batch of key international logistics enterprises by the State Council Special Work Team on International Logistics of the Work Resumption and Production Promotion Mechanism.

2020年5月7日，郑州国际陆港开发建设有限公司被国务院复工复产推进工作机制国际物流工作专班列为第一批国际物流运输重点联系企业名单。

 

The idea of "Integration of Transport and Trade" yields fruitful outcomes

“运贸一体化”贸易模式硕果累累

 

Since 2016, ZIH has followed the idea of "Integration of Transport and Trade" for scale expansion. Relying on its business in Europe, Central Asia, Japan, South Korea, etc., it has established a direct cooperative relationship with manufacturers in the countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative by "direct procurement, direct consignment and direct sales", using a cold whole-chain traceability system, which made the traditional coast-inland way of imported products-selling practice change.

陆港公司自2016年以来坚持“运贸一体化”带动产业不断拓展，依托遍布欧洲、中亚和日韩等地的业务网络，通过“直采、直运、直营”，全程冷链溯源，与“一带一路”沿线国家制造商等建立直接合作关系，改变过去进口商品销售路径从沿海向内陆的传统格局。
